I placed an order on 16/05/2025 and still have not received it (27/06/2025).
I have emailed twice and still await a response.
Terrible customer service.
Is this a scam website?

Placed an order on June 5th and as of today, June 26th, it still hasn’t arrived. No reply to any of the 3 emails nor the WhatsApp (seemingly preferred means of communication) and phone number won’t take messages. AVOID!

I placed an order in 11th June. Still not received (25th June). As my order was a gift, I have tried calling, all you get every time is a voicemail saying they are short staffed so suggest you email or WhatsApp them!! Have WhatsApp’d and you get a message saying someone will come back to you in 24 hours (No reply!), I have also emailed but still no response! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!

Placed an order and unfortunately did not look at the reviews for this company until I suspected that all was not right.
I have not received my order and have emailed and received no response, phoned and they did not pick up.
It is now over a week and status is still at payment accepted.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!
It’s not right that they are taking money and not shipping the goods.

Crafty by name and crafty they are, I placed an order in March and they took my money and I never received items
I rang continuously to be told due to family difficulties they couldn’t answer the phone, they didn’t answer my e-mails so I got in touch with PayPal and opened a dispute, months on and they have lied through their teeth, told PayPal they had sent order out and it was stuck in Wrexham sorting office, then they said it had gone astray, more lies and then low and behold I received envelope from Royal Mail but it only had 1 item in it and not what I ordered, (BIG CON) so because I received envelope PAYPAL have closed the case so I am out of pocket and didn’t receive the items I paid for
SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE, stealing from honest people and the majority of crafters are retired people
AVOID CRAFTY FLAIR AT ALL COSTS, they shouldn’t be allowed to trade

If i could give no stars i really would. Im not one for leaving bad reviews but i feel people need to know that buying from this company is NOT recommended. My order was never recieved. They did answer my first and 2nd email, the reasons they gave were untrue and after that they ignored me. They ignored my whatsapp and they removed my instagram comment begging them to reply to my emails along with 2 others from different customers. I was lucky that i paid through paypal so i raised a case and thankfully i've just got my money back. Items may seem good value but trust me, it is not worth it! They take your money and they lie to their customers. They dont use tracking unless you spend over £100 so be warned. They will tell you it looks like its been lost in the post but they cant actually track it to know that thats true. They also told me that they had contacted the supplier/brand of the product i ordered and i could have one straight from the US, also not true. I too contacted the brand and pointed them towards trus pilot to make them aware of all the issues many many people are having with this company that are seliing their products so that they know people are basically having their money stolen. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid

Scam website. My order didn't arrive and all of my emails went unanswered. I ended up opening a dispute via PayPal and PayPal refunded me. Avoid at all cost.

It seems this company is taking payment and not delivering the goods. I placed an order 2nd April and haven’t received the goods, they replied to one chase email blaming a power surge or outage and a second email blamed personal problems but my order had been shipped over a week ago, sorry but I wouldn’t be chasing it if I had received it! Other chase emails since have been ignored so guess I’m not going to get my items, I did ask them to facilitate a refund but as expected no refund or response, and I thought I was being good supporting a small business, I’ve never had to write a review like this before and it pains me.

It’s a shame there isn’t a zero star option. BUYERS BEWARE. I paid and placed an order on 09/05/2025. Goods not received and emails and WhatsApp messages ignored. I wish I’d looked at the reviews before I placed my order as it appears that I’m not on my own.

I trusted this company enough to place an order from Australia in early April. 2024.

Despite many, and varied, attempts to contact the company I have not received the order.

Neither, despite requests, have I been provided with a consignment number or indeed, the name of the delivery company.

I wonder whether Trusty Flair has gone into liquidation.

What a crap company I phoned them WhatsApp still nothing from them I ordered 5 April 2025 still not got we ordered will not use again and if you got any sence you will not use them should be closed down as they tack your money and you done get what you ordered.

This company is so crap it unbelievable no item's and there took money for the items should not be on line there are a disgrace to normal shopping company's who deliver phone and email them

Ordered a number of packs of cards to complete a project. Received some with a note stating remaining items would be sent when in stock. This has been almost two months now, I have emailed twice and sent a WhatsApp message to the number on website but no reply to anything. No refund received for the items they charged for and haven’t provided.

I ordered a whole lot of items from Crafty Flair, and received an email saying that a partial order was dispatched on the 10 April and the out of stock items would be sent when they had stock in. So far all attempts to contact the company regarding the status of the balance of my order have met with radio silence. There is no answer on the whatsapp number on the website or replies to my emails. I am hoping this will encourage the company to respond

I have been looking for ages online for Clair Versa fine pigment re-inkers that dont cost a fortune. There in my Google search was Craftyflair Uk. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the choice. I was a very happy card maker. So much so I ordered 13 this time round and will order more in the next week or so. My order was delivered 3 days from ordering. I am over the moon with my purchase, communication and delivery.
IF I COULD GIVE YOU 10 STARS I WOULD. WELL DONE!!!!!

I bought goods from them on november 26th - did not receive for christmas, messaged them around 20th december, did not receive a response until early january, requested a refund which they agreed to on the 11th of january - have not received the refund, they are in full knowledge of this and have not responded to repeated attempts of communication since january. Unlikely ill get my money back. Terrible business, terrible customer service, steer well clear.

One of the worst companies on the planet ,don't send out orders,don't reply to emails, still waiting for money back from a order from August of 2024 would highly recommend you avoid
