Had to go to post office to pick up my order as they didn't pay enough postage, cost me an extra £7.50 for my order, contacted them and complained but didn't get reimbursed 😕

We are a small independent online Craft Shop specialising in Paper-craft, family run by a husband & wife team which started selling on market stalls back in 2019. It all started as a bit of a hobby, an idea to be different, have a personal touch and to make crafting that little bit more affordable. What started as a hobby, continued in a similar manner for 12 months, moving from the market and going online where our popularity grew quickly, allowing us to run this full time from early 2020. We stock a huge number of products, from many of the UK's leading brands, with flexible payment options from PayPal, Klarna or Clearpay

Great Prices
However, the website needs working on. There is no way to track your orders as they do not show in "your account" panel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, but delivery takes too long. It would be useful if they sent an email at the least to let you know if there are any delays with orders or to let us know that our order is shipped. Still I am giving this great little company 5 star rating and I certainly will be making them the top supplier of all my craft items in future.
