The company's website was playing up so I ordered my wine rack by phone. Very helpful gentleman dealt with the order which was followed up with an email confirmation. The rack arrived promptly and I am very pleased with it. 'Top notch'.

Assembly of the racks was not difficult but took a long time. Given the time required fod assembly I don't think they are good value and not worth more than £20. Sorry will not be buying from you again, and cannot recommend this product.

Bought a fairly regular wine rack; wood and metal. It’s not a new design but the finish is far superior from Cranville. All the wood sanded and rounded edges. Nicely stained. Bought the plinth to go with.
Really pleased with this rack.
