Excelent service and product

It is rare to deal with an organisation where you can speak to the same individual throughout the process, but that was the case with Cranville. The service and the product are excellent. We are very pleased, and happy to recommend

When I gave up trying to place an order…

When I gave up trying to place an order through a malfunctioning website and phoned a real human being, things went very smoothly. Goods arrived 2 days earlier than quoted. I also received a call back after placing my order to resolve an ambiguity in the order.
Summary: High quality wine racks and proper old-fashioned good customer care.

Good quality and good customer service

The racks were as advertised and were well packed but the courier delivered a day late, however the company responded well to my query and kept me informed. Overall happy with my purchase and would buy from them again.
