Excellent service as always & quality is decent

Nice rack (pardon the pun). Good choice of configurations. Cheaper than purchasing through resellers and rack shipped quickly.

I am truly satisfied with my second purchase of wine rack. The product is of excellent quality and was delivered very quickly. The wine rack is sturdy and the design is aesthetically pleasing, It is well suited to my home.

Superb experience from start to finish. I ordered one evening, only to realise I had ordered the incorrect size the following morning.

I emailed to explain my concerns knowing that delivery was happening in quick succession.

They called me at 08.30am within an hour of me sending my email, halted the order from the night before, talked me through my options and came up with the solution.

Order came out the following day, all neatly packaged with crystal clear instructions.

10/10 - if you need a classic wine rack, don’t bother trying anywhere else as you’ll only be disappointed.

Brilliant customer service, speedy deliver and a really well built, good looking wine rack.

Good quality for the price. Ordered four to create a stack and arrived in good time and in good condition as well packaged.
I'd have given 5 stars if there had been option to buy fixings to ensure stacking was stable and fixable to wall. As it was had to work out a way to do that for myself and buy some brackets from Toolstation; as just simply stacking four on top of each other as supplied not stable enough to be confident of no issues.
Very happy with the end result once I'd sorted that.
