Delivered the next day fully assembled and properly packed. If only all mail order experiences were like this!

Excellent service and customer knowledge - I'd accidentally ordered a half-bottle rack and, as this is less common, they contacted me just to be sure that this was what I wanted. My error was quickly corrected and the full-size rack was promptly dispatched.
On a practical note - the rack looks great and the joining kit was easy to use too

I found these racks perfect for my needs , sturdy , well made and no wasted space - maximising storage potential ! ideal . I also discovered that they will make any configuration you require . All the costs I thought very reasonable and would definitely order from them again except my every nook and cranny is now full of them !

Thee wine rack was delivered very quickly, 2 days after placing the order. Free delivery and ready assembled so was easy to unpack and store our wine immediately. We have 4 of these now. Excellent quality.

Excellent quality product and would recommend this wine rack as really well made, but advertised as 24hr delivery and took 6 days which was a shame. Nothing too major but that is why review is lower than 5 stars, as not delivered as advertised.

I brought the assembled wine rack which is a good quality product which looks amazing. However, I have to mention the fantastic customer service at Cranville Wine Racks. In error I ordered the wrong size, but Cranville sent me a replacement and collected the wrongly ordered item within a few days. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
