I enjoyed the 5 day driving course and i passed the driving test the first time.

The instructor was very good , respectiful, polite, professional and helpful.

My son was struggling to get through his theory test, despite being an extremely academic and intelligent young man. Repeated failures were knocking his confidence in himself and so I took action and booked a crash course for him. It wasn't an easy decision, since costs are not insignificant, but when I tallied up how much I had already spent on tests, failures and all the while continuing with driving lessons - plus of course the psychological effect of this on my son - I knew it was a sensible option. It paid off. My son instantly liked his instructor and passed his theory. Now on to his practical!

I can not recommend John enough, he was so patient and really took the time to go through every detail with me. I managed to pass my test in 11 days with almost no experience driving and now I am a safe and confident driver. Thank you John!!

Fantastic crash course driving school! My son had excellent customer service and a fantastic driving instructor. He passed first time with only 28 hours driving. Would highly recommend.

Very quick and easy. Assigned an excellent instructor. Test and lessons were arranged for a much closer date than all the other major crash courses companies

I booked this course for my son who lives in spain and due to start uni in the uk .we had 5 day gap to try and make this work nick organized it all for us and jason was my sons driver instructor who was truly wonderful with him ever so friendly and obviously a great teacher as my son passed 4 days later 1st time so big thank you and I would not hesitate to highly recommend your company to all my friends ! 🙏🙏🙏

The office managed to get me a test within 2 weeks when the test centre was fully booked for 5 weeks

it's an amazing and quick way of getting your license
I have thought many pupils and never had any problems it's amazing experience

After scrolling through a few different crash course websites, this was the one we settled on safe to say it was a good idea. Rob, my instructor, was patient and very good at teaching me how to drive. Also managed to fit the lessons in around my lifestyle being away from home, and I’ve just passed my test today on my first attempt. 5/5 would definitely recommend

I have just passed my driving test today with the help of my instructor Rob. He was knowledgable, patient and fit me in for lessons to suit my schedule. I passed my test with lessons spread out just over a month which was great, as I wanted to pass my test quickly.

Although learning to drive can be stressful at times, I would recommend Crash Course Driving School to get you through it.

Booked a intensive course for
28hrs in December 2018.
Had a fantastic instructor passed 1st time.
Would recommend to everybody who wants to learn and get on the road soon as possible.

Paid £477 for a week crash course and dealt with Jason. He is a great instructor, very patient, friendly and helped me pass first time! Totally helped me with my nerves, let's me know what I'm doing right and what I need to work on.

Even worked around my schedule!

Wish i'd read the reviews before handing over £850.00 in total for my 17 year old daughter to be let down, spoken to rudely, cancelled on 4 times in 2 weeks so called intensive lessons. And when i disputed this i was shouted over by a man calling himself the manager who was sarcastic and unbelievably rude.
My daughter went from being really confident after taking her out myself a few times to no
Longer wanting to persue it after all the stress and failing her test as she couldnt handle the anxiety it brought up for her.
If i could give no stars i would, feel totally conned.
Stay away from these unprofessional, unreliable robbing cowboys.

HELP! - I have been extremely stupid and should have read these reviews - no one in their right mind would book after reading these stories...

What should I do? course is paid for, starting next week - we've had no information or contact number for an instructor.

So far I've had a curt conversation with the man who answered the phone, and my email has been ignored.

Has anyone had a successful intensive week?

Has anyone written to consumer money journalists?

I am not a happy customer at the moment.

Follow up:

Crash Courses contacted me and said that they had to cancel the course as the instructor was not available.

Although this was a disappointment - at least they had made contact.

I was given a refund in full - and within 24hours it has been credited to my card.

SO - although the they could not deliver, at least they did the next step correctly and I was given a full refund without a quibble.

NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN SPOKEN TO BY SOMEONE WHO IS SO RUDE!!!! My brother had a 'crash course' booked with this company costing over £850.00, in which was going ok. He then was notified by his driving instructor that they had left the company and that he would have to start paying her direct for his lessons! Not once did this company notify him that the instructor had left and that he would be appointed a new instructor. We then emailed around 3 times for an update on a new instructor to be completely ignored! I have then just called now to be spoken to by a lady who was the most rudest person i have ever spoken to in my life to then have the phone put down on me! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! DO NOT USE!!! THEY ARE DISGRACEFUL!

Don't ever use this company! All the reviews are true and the exact same thing happened to us on 2016. They still haven't given us the money back! Disgusting people!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - My son came to me one day and said ive found a company that can do it on the date I want - he is only 17 - and stupidly booked and paid in full. Well the company are meant to contact you two working weeks prior to your course starting - and to cut a long story short, they didn't, we had to ring them, only to get the very rude arrogant pig that people have mentioned above ! I asked for a reason as to why they could not fulfil our order and why we had not been notified - his attitude just stank and I wanted to slap him across the face ! I pointed out that his attitude towards a paying customer was not professional, oh well he said ! Anyway, I rang him again the same day, asking if the refund was yet done, he assured me it would be done that day - which is when I decided to run some research on the company..... at the end of the call, I asked him to tell me the name of the person he was refunding as he didn't appear to listen to me and was intent on talking over me all the time.... he did stumble a little then remembered the name and relayed it back to me. At that point I also sent an email through the web enquiry form as a reminder to refund as promised..... the next morning, I sent another email asking if it had been done as promised.... with that, I received a refund receipt but was a little dubious as the transaction number was exactly the same as the payment transaction number, so held my breath until this morning, 3 days later, as promised the money appeared ! PHEW It is a lesson to my 17 year old son for the future to never a) pay in full b)do business with a company without checking out their history - my advice is go with the local test centre - they do it also, which I never realised ! I would like to write a letter to this company to complain because they are so unprofessional & rude I am surprised they have not been shut down, but I suspect that this one man arrogant pig runs the lot and will just put my letter in the bin, as he answers the freefone number from a mobile... I suspect the address is just a mailbox and not an office. SIMPLE - PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Contacted a bunch of driving schools and i was thankful at first that crash course driving school was one of a few that got back to me. That was the only time I experience any feeling remotely positive interactiving with this company. Ironically, in hindsight it was the worse thing that could of happened and i wish they never contacted me as it led to an incredibly stressful few months.

First contact was made quickly, I advised that I couldn't pay right then as I was at work so man called Bob arranged to call me back later. Payment failed as my bank didnt authorise it so further contact was made. Bob throughout this experience was pleasant and accommodating. I paid the deposit of around £345 and then came the silence......

I was promised a call from driving instructor 2 weeks before my intensive course was to start. When that didnt happen I called the 0800 number on the website to get through to the what I can only describe as the most unhelpful man on the planet. I got fobbed off time after time saying that someone would call me. There was no empathy just shortness and rudeness which I couldn't believe considering I had booked a week of work and paid a sizeable amount of money.

This continued right up until the day before the course was meant to start. Right when I was nearly ready to accept it wasnt happening I messaged Bob who had originally taken my details. I had him on Whatsapp as he had asked for a picture of my driving license. Credit to Bob he said he would fix it all and contact me back after I advised i was ready to cancel and would be pursuing my money back.

I was still having to chase after not hearing anything, however finally I found out why I hadnt been contacted! They had booked me in for the wrong week.... muppets. I had to re-arrange the time taken off work to fit in with what they could then offer which was annoying to say the least . I was promised that I would receive a text from a driving instructor called Josh that day as confirmation. This was the first promise they made that was actually followed through.

After talking to Josh during my intensive driving course, it transpired that all crash course driving school does is finds your a driving instructor and takes a big cut of your money for doing so. Considering how much money they took for it, how hard they made me work to get what i had signed up for and the terrible service from beginning to end; I can only advise that you stay as far away from this company as possible.

The only saving grace is a man called Bob.

Fortunately I passed my test first time, this had nothing to do with crash course driving school except the fact that through major despair, I made a pledge to myself that i would never punish myself by having to go through this again.

Avoid avoid avoid.
