Craysales scammers

Company run by scammers. Buy cheap products and sell at exaggerated rates and when you find it’s no good they won’t refund.
If you are lucky they will charge you 20 percent of purchase to take it back.
Better to just go straight to consumer affairs.
Get these scammers shutdown asap

VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

We purchased what we thought was a Magic LG Remote control and it was not. We could not bluetooth the remote to the tv and it did not work correctly, infact we have only had it a few weeks and it feels like its going to break. I emailed and questioned whether or not it was the correct remote control and to this date I have not had a reply. Will not order from them again I feel they falsey advertised the item and there customer service does not exist

Bought a 500 micron pool blanket from crazy sales 14 months ago, it has been flaking to pieces for the last three months, took it out of the pool yesterday. Very disappointed. How many of these pool blankets will end up in the tip.

Bought 6x UBL Pulse speakers from…

Bought 6x UBL Pulse speakers from crazysales waited 3 weeks for 1x speaker to arrive after hassling them multiple times to send an actual tracking number.
Called again when the 5x other speakers didn’t arrive they told me to wait a few more days.
I once again called for a 4th time to get update on the 5x speakers they now said they were ‘lost in transit’ and sending them again & to wait another 2-3 weeks.
6weeks to receive 6x speakers!!
Clearly they messed up the order and only sent one speaker instead of 6 just be honest to your customers very frustrating.
Their customer service was worse than poor and didn’t even try to provide information or update through the whole process.
Would not recommend.

Silicone Wine Saver Useless

Yes I purchased a simple Item, silicone wine saver which is great for sparkling and corked wine bottles. Here in Australia we have 98% screw top wines. If I ordered 1 wine saver I would have kept it, where I ordered 9 that to many that wont help. I have been through there webSite and cant find if they work on screw top wine bottles and the dont. I have sent several emails that came back and get a standard responce. I asked for Return Number never got that seem to be there policy we got your money so tuff titties, If this is an experience that I dont want others to have . So Crazy Sales my experience with you is Zero, you dont have any compasion and close to a Scam . Wont be purchasing anything else. BEWARE DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM

i cancelled my order after so many…

i cancelled my order after so many phone calls and emails never got one reply on email, but on their site my order was on has cancelled. so, I when out and bought the item because i needed it sooner than they could deliver, got know refund so reported to bank two weeks later the item showed up on my doorstep which id cancelled well in time for them not to process, the item cost $49.95 to send it back cost over $40 plus there redisclose returns policy makes it totally impossible to return any item and get a full refund in any way they know this and this is why they work this way, they never reply don't care less, please never use this website there corrupt and dishonest, I will add there 30 day returns policy so you can all see there is no point retuning anything if your lucky enough it turns up.

Would have killed my pet bird without veterinary intervention

Bought an expensive aviary from this store, tried writing a review however the website had technical issues and it wouldn’t upload.

The wire on this product is of extremely poor quality. My pet bird was playing in this cage and had just two small pieces break off which she accidentally swallowed. She subsequently had severe zinc poisoning, required 3 days at the vet and almost died. I’ve had to replace all the wire and almost lost my beloved pet. I’ve sought support from the team at Crazy Sales who were apologetic however no compensation has been offered and the factory just said “ the iron mesh of the cage is slender. However, when ingested in large amounts, iron can be very toxic. In line with this, any ingestion of such is basically beyond our control.” The did not accept any responsibility for the quality of this product as seen in the attached images. So distressing and concerning for other peoples pets as they’ve not indicated that they’re going to improve the product. Please be careful.

BUYER BEWARE DOGGIE SCAMMERS

Zero if there was that's what they get ordered a remote control 4x4 on the 1st of December 2023 still pending on the 30 December have contacted paypal for a full refund but BUYER BEWARE don't buy from scammers wish I did a review check before purchasing from them.

Don’t buy from crazysales

I bought a stained glass lamp, I didn’t receive any confirmation of sale, didn’t receive tracking information. Phoned them and got some dodgy guy on a extremely bad connection who said my email had a “d” at the end of it , I use auto fill on my device so I know it’s not true. He said parcel had left warehouse. Some time later I still hadn’t received confirmation tracking or parcel, I filled in a form on their website. Still no answer. I filed a complaint with PayPal they sent tracking and yes the parcel arrived a broken plastic lamp. Contacted PayPal. Crazysales said give us 3-5 days to sort it out. 8 days later still waiting. Don’t buy from this site, pretty sure it’s a scam site. I went there because it was supposed to be an Australian site but I doubt it.
Edit: 5 hours after posting this I received a full refund to my bank account

Complete SCAM company DO NOT ORDER

Ordered Cake plinths for my wedding got a ride on kids tractor delivered!! 5 phone calls to call centre only to be told repeatedly I need to email and send photos which I did while on ph to call centre!! Three emails later and the ONLY RESPONSE I have had is we will send courier to get tractor!! Then emails from courier company demanding to pick up. I will not be returning the tractor because after reading all the reviews I have absolutely 0 faith I will receive a refund of my $200

Order NEVER received, no refund given, no response from them

Order was addressed to a business & delivered at 8.30pm and left on the side of a road outside a very obviously closed business. Not surprisingly it had been stolen before staff arrived at work the next day. Despite numerous phone calls to Crazy Sales and the Courier company I have not received a refund, nor any response from Crazy Sales to what has occurred. DO NOT USE. Whoever left the order on the side of the road, with all businesses closed, would know it was highly unlikely to still be there the next day. But they left it there anyway. And no one from either company seems to care at all. Dispute should be between Crazy Sales & the courier company, NOT the customer.

Terrible company

Terrible company. I regret ever ordering from them. No product, no service, no answers, no refund. They just blame the courier company and say they will investigate. 4 day delivery time window. 2 weeks waiting and nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Bad after sales care ..

This company has the worst after sales care and the call centre has people who either can't understand what you are saying or just don't listen. The return policy is a hassle and costly. The courier company they use do not answer their phones either.
Avoid buying anything from this company.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Do Not buy off this site I bought a suitcase sent messages, emails, on their chat which is never live or anyone on. in the end rang was on hold over 20 mins give my reasons why i wanted to cancel order, it was still down has being processed on the site so had not left, she lied saying they had received no emails or chat from me. and that the item was going to be sent out today so to late to cancel, if i did not want it when it arrives i can refuse it and when they get it back, they will keep %20 of the cost of the item, they are corrupt and deliberately do not reply or answer any chat or email so they can spin this lie, Please do not be taken in like me with their free postage no such thing the item its self is more expensive on their site plus they rip %20 of any returns, I am deleting my account with them there degusting at customer service.
