Bad Customer Experience

I bought a SpacePi X4 with a easter special thru Creality web site when i would normally use Amazon for such things because it so much simpler when something goes wrong. Well the dry box was defective only one side Would light up heat and fan worked just no lights not a big deal but it was brand new. I reach out to Creality support thru the chat program that takes for ever. They summitted a ticket only for them to reach out a few days later with information for me to take the unit apart and trouble shoot it. I did not think i need to to this but did anyways i determined the light bar was bad very easily. I spent a week sending emails and photos to there tech support trying to explain my case. I was also upset over the fact that i had to remove bumper pads to access the screws and not able to reapply them with out glue. I reach out again asking for new pads and they question me on the pads . I do not believe they know there own product. They sent part in mail but only one pad and there is two one on each side. I have never bought something new and had to fix it and explain the trouble shooting to their techs on the other end. At this point i will no longer buy any Creality Product i will pray what units i own last. Such a bad customer experience i would buy something else.

Do not buy a Creality Hi

Do not buy a Creality Hi. I bought mine back in 2025 and have had nothing but problems with it. Have changed so many parts that it would have been cheaper for me to by another machine from another company. I can have a print the takes 24 hours and it will print fine. Then I start another print and it will next extrude. Absolute ridiculous. Their customer service sucks and when they finally do get back with you, they have closed your ticket. I AM ABOUT READY JUST TO THROW THIS MACHINE OUT IN THE YARD AND SAY "FREE TO GOOD HOME"

Pain in the ass. Can get good results if you want to tinker with it for hours.

I bought the Ender 6 about four years ago, and it has been mostly been a thorn in my ass. For a $550 machine, you would expect reliable quality with decent customer service, but you won't get any of that. I have had some good prints, but that's after a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 20+ failed prints before hand. I've tried so many different techniques, temperatures, filaments- you name it, and they all yield crap results.

And... If you want to upgrade it with, let's say, an auto leveling CR touch kit, the firmware is terrible and is stuck in mandarin language. There just always seems to be something wrong and customer support is horrendous. I tried contacting them a year ago about buying an enclosure lid for my printer from their website and I haven't gotten a response since.

Also, my print bed came warped, so I ordered another one and the second came slightly less warped, but still warped enough to where I can't even utilize the entire bed without the need for an auto leveler installation.

The Creality drags you along until warranty runs out

The Creality company is the shadiest company I have ever had to deal with. The 3D printer broke within 60 days. When I tried to get them to fix it, they delayed the conversation for another 30 days asking me for serial numbers, asking me for invoices and then asking for them again... until the parts inside the motor were out of warranty and they are still dragging this on. It has now been 2 more months and now they want more pictures of inside the motor. I will never buy from them again. I also bought this from Best Buy... also the worst company to deal with. Told me they couldn't help me because they don't support that company... something you don't know when you purchase something from them.

SAV INEXISTANT / BROKEN SUPPORT - K1C + CFS-c

Terrible experience with Creality. My K1C and CFS-ckit are unusable due to official firmware bugs (No Serial Number, no connection). The support team is stalling, asking for endless videos just to avoid a refund. I have been a loyal customer, but this is a scam. I want my money back for this defective hardware!

Customer Service has been amazing when…

Customer Service has been amazing when I reach out to them, and reasonably quick on response times. It would be 5 stars but my K2 Plus constantly has issues....I've been through 1 nozzle, 3 extruders, all PFTE tunes in my CFS...all since I bought it in November....all 3 Extruders and 2 sensors was all within a month running basic PLA and PetG...my New SparkX i7 cracked it's housing through regular usage...but all issues have been relatively easy to fix.

Broken printer broken customer service

Bought a K2 printer the frame was twisted and the glass top lid din fit onto the printer didn't stop it printing but that's not acceptable to me personally so I go through the rigmarole of returning it it took them over 7 days to generate a QR code for me to return the printer I was asking for a replacement printer they have not sent a replacement printer I received this on the 29th of March I have had to wait over 7 days to return it I still don't have a new printer they've had the printer now since The 14th of April it's now the 19th of April nothing. Do not waste your money buy a bambu printer.

Look out for official store

If you think buying from the official website is safe, it's not. No warranty, no replacement, and idiots working in customer service. They sent me a faulty Halot X1 and haven't been able to send me a replacement for two months. Now they offer x1 combo for an additional fee🤣 If you're going to buy anything from Creality , avoid the official store and use your card to file a chargeback if you have any problems with the product.

I was about to make a big purchase when…

I was about to make a big purchase when I was ready to checkout it said they will not ship to my location (Hawaii), Website is overcrowded with constant pop ups that wont go away, Links dont work when clicked on the main page to take you to product instead it just opens a new tab to the same homepage.
