Absolutely terrible help

Absolutely terrible help, brand new laser not working. Their solution is to buy another one….I have heard so many similar stories for their other products. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CREALITY.

Do not buy these garbage products

Do not buy these garbage products. My K1 Max filament runout detection failed within weeks of receiving it, and the support reps are trash. "Send me a video of the problem", they say. "Just disconnect it, and the machine will run without it", they say. Then, 18 months later, the motherboard fails. I bought a new motherboard. The print head starts slamming itself into the sides on self-check. I contacted Creality support, and they told me the motherboard they sold me for my K1 Max is not compatible with my K1 Max and that I now have to purchase and replace both of the stepper motors. These products are absolute trash! DO NOT BUY!!!

Brand new 3D printer broken on 2nd day

My brand new 3D printer broke on the second day of using it. It's a known problem and they didn't fix it.
They immediately sell all your data.
I'm getting spam mails from them and their affiliated companies without an option to unsubscribe.
Better buy from a reputable company.

It should not take months to get a…

It should not take months to get a printer back up and running. Their customer service is terrible and slow. Been having trouble with a new K2 printer that will not print for months, still no help, just apologies. Stay away from Creality!

I had a problem with the printer and it…

I had a problem with the printer and it has taken 6 weeks to try and sort out with no luck at the moment you only can contact them via email and they only respond in the early hours of the morning and you be lucky to get more than two responses a week it’s a joke I haven’t been able to use the printer from one week after I bought it so it’s a waste of money.

Not a fan of their delivery packaging - but delivered timely

I ordered a large amount of filament. While it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, They shipped the individual rolls in plastic bags (probably following Amazon's ridiculous lead - I hate these bags) While the individual spools were well packaged in boxes, delivery people aren't always the kindest to what they are delivering. A couple of the boxes were crushed. All of the spools are usable, but I did have one that was a cardboard spool that I had to take some CA glue to. After I spent so much money on that order, would one large cardboard box to further protect the product be asking to much. Cardboard is recyclable too ... those bags are not.
