CREATE from start to finish have been exceptional in their care. We have been with them for a couple of years. Through the lows where things didn't turn out as desired, they were supportive, caring and brilliantly compassionate. Eventually we got lucky and got the perfect outcome from our treatment. The staff became as close to us as if friends. Even though its for great reasons we bid them farewell, we did so with heavy hearts. If anyone ever finds themself the misfortune of needing such treatment. You couldn't go far wrong in choosing the amazing CREATE service.
Thanks so much. Just one ciclu amd today i have pozitiv test beta HCG ❤️❤️❤️❤️great clinic

Avoid this farce and a shambles of a company at all costs.
The pain in not conceiving to start of with is such pain and then to go through with this company is atrocious.
It has now been over 1 year and going back and forth numerous amount of times and having to give repetitive information time and time again and to also have over 50 blood tests we have not even started treatment
The miserable people from reception to the consultants at the Birmingham clinic couldn’t care less your just another number
You try and address your issues to the consultants and they don’t want to know. If it were not for my G.P i would never have come to this clinic.
Im so regretting now and having to go through this all again through another company would take another year or so
Don’t really have a choice to stick it
You get spoken to as if your a nobody also with attitude

I started my fertility journey with CREATE in November 2024, and unfortunately, my most recent experience has been deeply disappointing, so much so that it added even more stress to an already highly emotional process.
When I first began treatment (Nov–Jan), the clinic was quiet, calm, and everything felt manageable. But by the time I returned for a frozen embryo transfer (FET) in May/June, the experience was like night and day. The clinic was overcrowded, rushed, and chaotic, and the level of service had significantly declined as a result.
Things began going wrong from the start of this final FET cycle. I was told it would be fine to start my next cycle, but I wasn’t sent my prescription. I chased SIX times before being told I needed to sign a consent form, something no one had previously mentioned. I did that, and still nothing. Then I was told I had to pay my bill, again, no communication. When I finally did receive my prescription, it was with literally hours to spare before I would have missed the critical start date for medication. If I had missed that window, I would have lost a whole cycle.
I wrote to the clinic to express how damaging the poor communication had been for my mental health, at a time when I was already extremely vulnerable but I never received a response. Not even a basic apology. I found this completely unacceptable.
On the medical side, it was just as disjointed. I never saw the same doctor twice, and it often felt like no one had read my notes before seeing me. At one lining scan, the doctor was pressing on my abdomen looking for a follicle, which confused me, as I was doing a medicated FET and shouldn’t be ovulating. She then told me to start ovulation tests. I questioned this because it wasn’t required in my last transfer. Only then did she check my notes and realise I was on a different protocol, after the scan had already been done.
I was initially told my FET would likely be on a Thursday, so I scheduled time off work. The next appointment, a different doctor told me it would actually be Monday. I questioned this, as I believed it should be five days after “day 0.” He recounted (twice), realised I was right, and changed the date to Friday. I’m not a doctor, and I shouldn’t be the one having to spot-check my own care.
All of this left me feeling completely unsupported and distrustful. I knew then that if the transfer didn’t work, I would not continue with CREATE. Sadly, it didn’t work. While that outcome isn’t the clinic’s fault, the way I was treated during this time made a heartbreaking process even worse.
The final blow came when I was informed of the failed transfer via phone, and then received an email from my patient care coordinator expressing sympathy to me and my husband "Adrian." My husband’s name is Robert.
This was my first experience with a fertility clinic and IVF. I chose CREATE mainly because of location, but in hindsight, I wish I had spent more time researching. I would urge anyone else beginning this journey to look beyond convenience and really dig into the clinic’s approach to care and communication.
For me, CREATE fell far short of what anyone deserves during such a sensitive, emotionally intense time. The lack of compassion, consistency, and professionalism made an already difficult journey even harder.

Overall Create has been amazing from egg collection until transfer. However, I feel like I should’ve been given information and option to choose PGTA testing when under NHS funding. Create does not recommend PGTA testing if you are under 35 but you can still have many abnormal embryos under 35. PGTA helps me select which ones to transfer first. In my case, I paid for PGTA after my first transfer ended up in a chemical, resulting my frozen embryos having to be thawed again and this increases risk of damage. Had I been given the PGTA option I wouldn’t need to thaw my embryos twice and third time for transfer in the future. Please do consider informing NHS patients about their options as I really think this is unfair.

My experience with Create Fertility Manchester has been amazing from day one. The staff have been the most helpful and friendly and always there to put my mind at ease and answer any questions that I had. It’s such a lovely clinic and I always felt so welcome and comfortable. I am now 7 weeks pregnant after my first try of IUI, I knew exactly what to expect the whole way through and was never left confused or unsure. The clinic was always quick to ensure I had any medication I needed to help me with my journey. After hearing my baby’s heartbeat for the first time today it just became so real and I can’t thank the staff at the clinic enough for everything they’ve done. I would highly recommend Create to anybody who is wanting to start their fertility journey. Thank you so much!!

I had my consultation with this clinic and am giving two stars only because the professional who conducted it was truly excellent. Beyond that, the entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening.
As soon as I got home, my partner and I were ready to move forward and purchase the sperm. However, we had a few important questions to ensure we chose the right donor for our situation. I sent an email — and after two weeks, I still hadn't received a response. I had to call multiple times just to chase someone, only to be told each time that they "have up to 48 hours to respond." That timeframe has long passed.
This is an incredibly time-sensitive and emotionally involved process that requires proper communication and support. The lack of response not only delays our treatment but shakes any confidence we had in their professionalism. After reading similar complaints from others about this clinic’s poor communication, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I experienced exactly what so many others have warned about.
Do I feel confident moving forward with my treatment here? Absolutely NOT. I have lost all trust in this company.

It was an excellent option. It was not easy to choose a clinic but I consider this my best option. From the receptionists, the first scan fertility nurse, the following up, all the nurses appointments, the quality of the service, the caring of the doctors and embryologists... I can't be more grateful. I've also visited other clinics but, honestly after the first scan I felt like I wanted to start the treatment here. They dedicate their time, they're patient, gentle and always with a smile. I felt they really wanted to help me and not just charge me. They were still very honest and realistic, but warming and very helpful.
Fully, truly and gratefully recommended. Thank you so much.

It’s actually very difficult for me to write this review because on the one hand, I have got what I initially approached Create for almost two years ago - which is a pregnancy.
However, despite this outcome I feel I must pass on some words of caution because Create is SUCH a mixed bag.
First the good stuff. I had my initial scans at Southampton with Edyta who is just the most incredible, talented and caring professional ever - honestly, I think she is probably single handedly responsible for every bit of repeat business Create get in the south.
Dr Rostum did my embryo transfer in Wimbledon - again, he is wonderful. Incredibly talented, fantastic communicator and amazing at his job. In fact, all the medical staff are too notch and the embryo transfer procedure was made truly magical by them.
However, they are led down so badly by the most appallingly organised operational side to the business, it’s just such a shame. I honestly think it’s a funding issue, I don’t believe cash is going to the right parts of the business to help it operate properly. This is also indicated by the shabbiness of the clinic in Wimbledon, which feels very down at heel (Southampton is much nicer, but unfortunately if you are an Southampton patient you can only have your scans there, you will need to drive a couple of hours to Wimbledon to have your actual egg collections, transfers etc - not good.)
The finance team are, unfortunately, doing a good impression of being madly incompetent; producing inaccurate statements of account, giving us an incorrect quote for treatment cost, and having to be chased constantly for refunds (though if they think they owe you money - they will not hesitate to chase you!) Even if, like me, they choose the very moment I have attended the clinic after a two hour drive for my pregnancy test result to inform me in reception in front of everyone that I have an outstanding balance on my account and how do I propose to settle it (for context - it was £40, with a total spend with the clinic of over £16k). That sort of thing. It’s the little things, guys. They do know how to make you feel special! :-)
There is no central online account where you can log in, view your statement, make payments, which in this day and age is crazy. It’s easy to automate this stuff and it would probably save them a ton of cash if they would just invest a little bit in getting some decent systems to bring it all up to scratch, plus reduce the amount of admin questions patients direct to the central “patient cordinator” team, who seem to be struggling if the permanent “we are expecting high volumes of emails so our reply might be delayed” auto response is anything to go by.
The patient co-ordinator set up just doesn’t work, I’m afraid - it shouldn’t be centralised, they simply don’t have the system efficiency to handle it.
Emails go unanswered for a long time and communications are constantly falling through the gaps (on one occasion, I had to WhatsApp the lead doctor himself to try to get someone to respond to me which was insane!). This is not the fault of any individual coordinator, who once you speak to them all seem to be very pleasant administrative professionals just trying to do a job. But unfortunately it all adds to the impression of underfunded chaos - it all feels very NHS which is strange as it’s so expensive. The Lister this is not.
There were multiple other issues which I won’t go into here, as in fairness they have made an issue to address some of my concerns by, for example giving us a refund on my PGT-A testing after forgetting to let me know that we needed to fill out more consent forms, therefore leading to a wasted cycle.
The outcome for us is that I am now 7 weeks pregnant (first FET) and trying to stay chilled, but the issues with Create have meant a really, really stressful start to my pregnancy. I have a sizeable SCH so I have transferred to the care of my local private OB but have had no follow up from Create at all and am left in the early stages of pregnancy trying to chase refunds and statements of account with no responses to emails, which feels unbelievably disheartening.
The ultimate impression that I have been left with is of a very talented medical team, who are just not getting the infrastructure or support they deserve, and a lot of trusting patients who are being very badly let down. Please think carefully and do your research before using this clinic and senior management team: if you are reading this, please give Dr Rostum and Edyta the funding to operate properly out of Southampton. I bet they could pull deliver amazing quality there if they didn’t have both hands tied behind their backs.

It’s very difficult to give this place a review because the medical staff was for the most part was extraordinary.
My patient coordinator while friendly enough went on holiday several times and was unavailable so we couldn’t have continuity with her. That was very disconcerting as we had told her we were particularly frustrated with two other clinics previously giving poor communication. The team response idea is great but it’s automated and not really responsive as some emails are auto and others are just other reps just standing in.
I had great doctors but I had an insanely insulting phone call with a doctor who was transferring to the clinic from Manchester. I called to ask to speak to the doctor regarding bleeding after the egg retrieval and instead received an earful of multiple reasons of why I was being denied another round of IVF. It was a lengthy call in which I said politely I understood thoroughly but this was not why I was calling. Like many educated women who go through this process, I was aware of all the issues and yet I was being told I didn’t understand the data on success rates. Overall just entirely patronizing and condescending.
They sent a very kind and responsive doctor to tend to our complaint but damage was done. Why be insulting? Why can’t we just have a preference on procedures for our own body AND be informed? Never mind that our complaint was never responded to by the manager who is assigned to handle the process and she unfortunately never did respond.
It was just entirely unnecessarily insulting. The nurses were excellent. The female doctors are delightful and very kind. The embryologist was sensitive. Even the anesthesiologist was lovely! The lead doctor as well was attentive and responsive when we could speak to him but sadly you let one new doctor speak without a filter and you are causing unnecessary hurt and trauma.
We worked with them for over 7 months and it was just a nightmare ending.

We are so glad we chose CREATE fertility to accompany us on this emotional journey! They were clear, honest and were at the end of the phone whenever we had questions. They were also just an email away and we are really thankful and grateful for the friendly, kind faces that have helped us throughout this journey! We were so lucky to have fallen pregnant on our first cycle of IUI and feel so blessed, from our first appt to first cycle the time was just 6 months and would have been sooner although I had to undergo some further health checks. Thank you for everything!

I had a very bad experience with this clinic. I have hypothyroidism, and my levels were high, but they didn’t tell me to fix it before starting IVF. I spent a lot of money that was very hard for me to save, but the care was poor. They told me to wait for a phone call before taking an important injection, but no one called me. I felt they only care about some people and ignore others. I regret choosing this clinic and don’t recommend it to anyone.
My treatment was on 3 July 2023. I have hypothyroidism, and my TSH was 3.24, but I wasn’t advised to manage it before IVF.As I later learned that TSH levels should ideally be below 2.5 for fertility treatment.I was also left waiting for a critical injection after being told I'd receive a call, but no one contacted me.Given the emotional and financial cost, I expected better care. I hope my feedback helps improve future patient experiences.

The experience we had was a complete disaster, would not recommend CREATE to anyone, basically it is all about making money and no responsibility what so ever, we are completely heart broken we put our trust on them and it was ruined forever quit badly.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I attended a webinar after looking at a few different clinics in the UK for egg freezing. Create's website and process seemed the easiest to understand. I was a little worried about the incentivisation; £50 off a £200 appointment which is already cheap for an ultrasound and fertility consultation but given most of the UK clinics have mixed reviews anyway and I am on a budget I went with it.
I booked my appointment last Wednesday using the £50 off discount code. I booked my appointment for today. At the end of my order, my card had been charged the £150. A message came up to say 'We apologise. Your transaction has been collected but there is an issue with your order. We will be in touch shortly'. I made a note to call back if I didn't hear; already that was a frustration. I was having to wait for a response from a company who had taken my money, to tell me what the issue was, but as is often the case in situations like these with companies that don't understand what customer service is, I'd probably have to chase them to find out what the issue was.
As my money had been taken though, I took that to mean my appointment had been booked. I rang today to double check and of course, no appointment was ever booked. They had taken my money though! After several calls and more 'can I just put you on hold for a few minutes?' than I can shake a stick at, their only response was 'I'm sorry, I can see the transaction was taken but there's an issue with the website. The diary manager didn't get your information to actually book your appointment in'. I said that my time and money is limited, and if you can see when bookings are made you should be cancelling the person who will be booked in today in the appointment I paid for as they will have done that after I paid for it. No attempts to resolve this were made by Create, No 'this is a really poor level of service, let's see what we can do to resolve it', or 'we take responsibility for charging you money and not providing the service you paid for'. Just 'sorry there's no availability now, we can book you in for another day or issue a refund'.
As this is such a sensitive process I left the last call to take some time to think about how I wanted to proceed. I don't live close to any clinics, originally I booked in at Bristol which is over an hour away. Birmingham is also over an hour but I decided one last attempt to do this appointment today as I had planned. After half an hour, that clinic told me they'd never seen this issue and could I provide a screenshot to prove what had happened. Ironically, I can't travel back in time to prove they had taken my money and never booked my appointment (something they themselves can see has happened). Additionally, they were not going to cancel someone's appointment who booked after me because, of course, that would be far too damaging reputationally than kicking me to the curb and issuing a refund to keep me quiet. I wouldn't trust this company with my weekly food shop, never mind to freeze my eggs safely and trust that they'll be there for me to use should I choose to. Absolute scam artists.

Right from the first communication I got a bad impression of Create Fertility. I called initially to ask about their info webinar as initially they required the name of someone you had spoken to when booking online. All I got in response was an unenthusiastic and blunt 'yes'. I just ended the call and didn't register for the webinar until a few months later. They advertise £50 off the scan/consultation after attending this webinar but I had no email after and they wouldn't acknowledge that I attended. I logged onto another seminar later and had a missed call while at work instead of an email. Later I booked a scan as I was still interested in the mild IVF approach. I had seen a couple of clinics for initial consultations at this point and this one stood out for the wrong reasons. The waiting room was dingy and had uncomfortable cheap plastic seats, no drinks like other clinics offer and the receptionists worked in what appeared to be a very cramped space. There were even dirty smears on the walls of the waiting area and room I had a scan in and the floors looked grubby. The transvaginal scan was done by a male Doctor, I was asked if that was ok only at the scan, I should have been advised beforehand, I couldn't really say no at the scan appointment I had already paid for. I had the consultation online a few days later. I had a query about my scan, the consultant bluntly said 'Are you a sonographer?' in response. I was made to feel really uncomfortable. I had my personalised treatment plan after and the costs were much more than shown online, its not even fully clear how they got the totals but £10850 for one cycle of mild IVF with medication is by far the most expensive I have come across. I was already decided when I saw the clinic's facilities that would be my last visit and what happened after only confirmed my decision.

I felt well looked after and supported along the way of my treatment. Everyone was empathetic and supportive throughout the whole time. I had 3 rounds of IVF with genetic testing and now I am pregnant after the first transfer. A special thank you to Dr Kulkarni and to all the staff at the clinic.
