I had a fantastic experience with Abc IVF. After my miscarriage last year, and trying for 6 months post miscarriage, I didn’t want to leave it too late. I met the criteria for nurse led clinic with abc IVF. I was under the Southampton clinic and it was run by amazing nurse editya. From initial consultation to the stimulation regime, it was perfect. There was a bit a challenge getting me the right dose without over stimulating me due to PCOS. My dose was increases leading up to the egg collection. 12 eggs were collected, 11 fertilised, 4 were fertilising well till day 3 and two good quality embryos were retrieved after fertilisation. I had no signs of overstimulation then and embryo was transferred. It implanted successfully. However, Unfortunately, I ended OHSS which every woman is always warned about during IVF. I stayed in hospital for two days with OHSS. My doctors from ABC IVF dr Rostom and dr Pulavi were on the phone with me out of hours guiding me through the process. I can’t thank them enough for the support I received. Being a doctor myself, I realised how invaluable it was during that difficult time. I then got a positive test 10 days later and now pregnant with perfect baby at 20 weeks with no anomalies. I can’t wait to come for a second round to get my second embryo transferred. Please keep providing the excellent service and looking after your patients in the time of need.

Amazing experience at Create over a year and a half. Brilliant support and medical advice with every appointment

The care, treatment and support from create fertility was excellent throughout the IVF experience. We accessed the Cardiff and Bristol clinics and all staff were lovely. Without create fertility we would not have our baby girl and we will be forever grateful. I had the natural modified treatment and this worked for me as I have very very low ovarian reserve.

Very well managed and professional organisation. I felt well looked after and supported along the way of my treatment. A special thank you goes to my kind Patient Coordinator Lauren.
The only 'disadvantage' of such a large clinic is that you have different doctors for all appointments along the way- but I didn't mind that too much, the main thing for me was to have appointments asap and efficiently and Create was able to offer that. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service, all staff very friendly and helpful.
Had one round of unsuccessful ivf and then one round of successful and supported all the way through and plan adjusted as needed.

Very good, my little girl was born in March and is absolutely beautiful and thriving.

I had hard journey did two icsi cycle. First cycle failed then did second one but yes create team is amazing they are very caring and very helpful specially doctor Archana and doctor Arti as well doctor fillis. All there support and help we are now parent of child and we have more embryos in freezer too. Obviously we will try for siblings of our child when we will ready but I highly recommend creat fertility St Paul’s. They are extremely nice and helpful. Environment is very friendly there.

My husband and I are in our late 30’s and had no identifiably ‘issues’ but were unable to conceive naturally. We now have two very healthy and happy children as a result of two separate ivf treatments, 2 years apart, with Create (St Paul’s). Both were first time successes. You do feel a bit like a number when you are being treated at Create which I initially found scary and off putting however I now realise it’s their quiet confidence that actually ended up being quite reassuring. Whenever I had additional questions or forgot what to do, I would call and someone would always be there to help with a kind attitude. The facilities are clean and practitioners are very experienced. They spent extra time whenever there was anything that required a more in depth review. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone going through IVF and wanting a more natural medical experience

I had a great experience with Create Fertility . I had a successful transfer after two failed frozen embryo transfer. I am now holding my little princess . I would highly recommend Create. They are very professional. Thanks Create fertilty to make my dream come true.

This is one of the bad hospital ever in the UK.
We have started our IVF journey with them but was unsuccessful because they don’t take in account my semense test and just focused on my wife
She has 3 eggs to be collected in the day of the eggs collection but they just collect one eggs and they don’t told us about why they did collect one eggs
They provide us with lots of treatment but we don’t used them
They have taken the money for ICSE around £1.275 but we don’t used this treatment and they refuse to refund it to us
So please don’t trust those people
They are just open for money not to help the people

I know that everyone’s journey is different but cannot thank the staff enough at Create. After 3 years of unsuccessfully TTC our second child (first was naturally conceived) we gave ivf a shot. One round and 9 months later our beautiful boy was born.

Aside from our story, every single member of staff was 10/10. They are compassionate, kind and considerate whilst ensuring you have the full knowledge and information needed every step of the way.

A huge thank you to Vicky and the team at Wolverhampton, and a massive thank you to Baz (at least I think that was his name apologies if I’ve got it wrong) at Solihull who held my hand through the egg retrieval. You are all an absolute credit to the company!

Create Fertility in Birmingham were all lovely but sadly didnt get the outcome we expected. Everyone was compassionate and caring during the appointments

We had mild male factor so were advised to go for Mild IVF with ICSI. We were referred as NHS patients via GP and were happy with the level of service. We were over the moon our embryo transfer worked on our first attempt and everything looked fine on 7 week scan.

However, i had booked a private scan at 9 weeks and was given the most horrible news that there was no heartbeat and had stopped growing at 7 weeks and 4 days.

Absolutely broken and have been put off doing this again as this was our “highest graded embryo”.

Awful. AVOID! Ihave stage 4 endometriosis and a lot of health issues. Me and my husband went in to talk about egg collection, first was told I needed surgrey which took over a year to wait for then after surgrey was told I didn’t need it and the egg collection could of been done and in that time my left ovary was nearly dead/inactive. I also had two Hydrosalphix in my tubes, was told by their doctor in Bristol that I didn’t have it and to get pregnant, thank god I didn’t listen as I could of put my life and the baby at risk if I was to off got pregnant as ended up having my tubes drained! Also told me to stop crying and was quite blunt and mean, we could not believe the way he spoke to us. Then told me I was able to do surrogacy then changed their minds and said I couldn’t take my eggs to a surrogacy clinic which was always the plan. There so much more I could say. We are with a different clinic and so glad we moved. The worst care I have ever received and I seen a lot of specialists. The depression and disappointment this doctor and clinic coursed me was horrendous. Please please avoid! There cheap prices are not worth it.

My husband and I were saddened to receive Create's email of 10th April 2025 requesting that we pay for the storage of embryos.

Had they checked their records to the most minimal of standards expected of a private medical organisation, they would have noted that we no longer store any biological materials with them. We transferred out our embryos to a different clinic more than 12 months ago. This is because we were very disappointed with the service which they provided.

If we receive demands for money such as this in the future, we will be reporting Create to the information commissioners office for failure to maintain adequate records under GDPR.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this clinic, and I strongly advise against using their services. I tried to book an appointment, and instead of being guided through the process, I was misled and redirected to their website. I ended up paying £150 upfront, even though I never received any actual service or treatment. When I requested a refund, they flatly refused, which was both disappointing and infuriating. They would rather keep my money than earn my business, even though I was willing to spend £7,000 on treatment. It's clear that this clinic is all about scamming patients out of their hard-earned money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this clinic at all costs. If their behavior is this bad from the very beginning, imagine what it would be like once you're committed. Terrible experience!

Although not the outcome we wanted a very professional, caring and supportive clinic. Anisha our contact to sort out appointments etc was brilliant . Would definitely recommend

We had a fertility MOT today, having already visited another fertility clinic in Bristol. For the first time since our journey began we felt like we were more than just statistics and probabililties. Our consultant was pragmatic, and knowledgeable, we felt he truly cared about us and there was zero push towards 'hard' interventions. He helped us fully interpret our results, and showed us kindness and compassion throughout a comprehensive consultation and scan. We left feeling informed, and positive. Everyone we interacted with before and during our appointment was helpful and communication was excellent. If we decide to proceed with treatment, we will only come to CREATE. They have been exceptional.
