Misleading about custims duty
I bought a watch online, to be delivered to Belgium.
The website doesn't give the exact customs duty, but promises that the maximum will be the VAT in the country of destination. This was not true. I received a bill from DHL 10 days after delivery for roughly twice this amount. DHL recognize the fault is with the seller, but insist I pay it. I sent an email to the Creation Watches to explain, which has not been answered. They are presently unavailable by telephone. I feel Creation Watches are at fault for a) misinforming customers b) preventing DHL from allowing custimers to refuse the delivery if they find the duties too high. I'm still waiting for a reply to my email.

Good product, great purchase experience!
They had stock of watches that were long since out of stock everywhere else. On top of a great price, the watch I purchased was simply excellent. Order process was straightforward and completed within 5 minutes, thanks to Google Pay. Delivery was also managed within 2 days by courier. I gave the watch as a gift to my colleague and he loved it. The wow effect when he opened the box to see the watch face was the best. I'd definitely buy from this store again.

I ordered a Seiko watch which cost me more buying it from Singapore!!!
In the online site it was written that the specific watch I ordered had " FREE shipping with DLH Express to Greece ".
Finally, I paid 78€ to DHL to receive it . Fake promises just to persuade people to buy things cheaper . But at the end, it costs MORE that to buy the same thing from your country . Not to mention that you don't expect so long to have it, if you buy it from your place.
I pray NOT to put it at the garbage after a while. I'll wait to see if it's a real Seiko watch or a fake one ....
And don't write me to contact with your customers service cause I've already done it . My nerves 😡

Creation Watches has a pretty huge collection of watches with high discounts. I bought a Seiko watch as a birthday gift to my husband 5 days (including a weekend) before his birthday. Very smooth process
The watch that I have chosen is not widely available at retail and the price is also much cheaper vs Amazon. The entire purchasing process was very smooth and it helps that I can track the delivery of my item. The watch was well packed and I am definitely very satisfied with this purchase.
