I bought an Orient Sun & Moon from them and the delivery has been pretty fast (even during the pandemic crisis), the watch was in its box with the manual and the warranty (althrough the watchmaker warranty is not valid, creationwatches does provid their "own" warranty in case of a malunction) & was really nicely packed in the delivery box with good cushion for impact protection.
Prices are really competitive, but you need to be aware, you might need to pay custom fees depending on were you are living, so you have to take that in count on your purchase, but overall it has been a nice experience for me.

Just purchased an Invicta ghost bridge watch from this company and the service that I have received from them is absolutely superb. They stock a wide variety of watches to suit all tastes and they are reasonably priced as well. They offer two different types of delivery service one is royal mail and the other is DHL world Wide express, the latter of which I would recommend. Because they are based in Singapore you are liable for taxes (20 % approximately) but because the watches are all reasonably priced you can still get the watch you want cheaper than you can from most UK based companies. Brilliant service. Brilliant communication and great prices. Delivery in 4 working days. I would recommend anyone to look at their website before paying over the odds somewhere else.
