Bought a template which I thought was pretty straightforward to install it and none of the fonts were there. Then I went to download the fonts that they recommend and now my program keynote has a bug and keeps crashing every 10 minutes in the middle of a huge presentation great job creative market.

I never could open my purchase and then was told by customer service they were able to open it up without a problem. They did not address my request for a refund.
I would not recommend any products from your company - that is just poor service and totally frustrating!

I get emails with my new email provider…
I get emails and my old email provider doesn't always get them to me. So I wanted to use the email I changed to, FastMail, and they say it's blacklisted. I haven't found a workaround yet, and worry when the old provider just won't be there.

I bought a product for and was duped. I followed the link to receive the download and found that nothing was there. When I tried to message the "creator" I received an error message saying something to the effect 'that action is not allowed.'
