EDIT: Customer Service team comments to reach out to their support email, yet I have not heard back from them and it's been 3 weeks. I keep following up weekly.

The preview shows correctly displayed special characters, but the downloaded font files do not actually support them. Text with special characters renders incorrectly, making the font unusable for multilingual use.

Mobile UX bad
The web app works fine I guess.
But the full-screen slide show on mobile - it's just uggghhh!
Have you noticed the header keeps expanding and collapsing at random moments when you scroll DOWN through the slides? It looks awful and demonstrates your complete negligence about UX - this issue is there for a year at least!

Great photoshop cross hatch action ... still haven't been able to connect after some back and forth emails to fix an error I encountered but the action still works for the most part. It is not a huge error but more of a minor glitch but I am happy with the results in photoshop using this action.
