I joined the “𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘜 𝘈𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳” on January 8, 2025, after months of polished marketing and success stories. I paid $7,000 for the program. Based on my experience, what I received did not match what I believed was being sold.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The real value of the program, as I saw it, came from a senior coach whose guidance was powerful, practical, and genuinely helpful. His presence and leadership were part of what convinced me to join. When that coach suddenly disappeared, the entire program, in my experience, lost its structure, quality, and sense of stability.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
What followed mainly were repetitive slide presentations and sessions led by relatively inexperienced staff running “𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩” and “𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘴” calls. In my view, the quality of support dropped significantly. Basic questions often went unanswered, and the experience no longer resembled the mentorship-style program I thought I was buying.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Key deliverables, as I understood them, disappeared. Training replays were removed. The coaching structure shifted without clear explanation. The “𝘈𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳” I purchased no longer felt like the same program being delivered later in the year.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
When I raised concerns and eventually requested a refund, I was told I should have decided within five (5) days of joining – despite this being a long-term, high-ticket coaching program.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Five days to somehow predict leadership changes, removed deliverables, or a drop in quality. Even without those later changes, I personally consider that an unreasonable policy for a program of this type.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
During this dispute, content I had created inside their Typeset platform was deleted. I was not given a proper opportunity to secure my recordings and work before they were removed. As an EU citizen, this raised serious concerns for me about how my data was handled, stored, and deleted.⁣⁣

This experience has been financially damaging, professionally disappointing, and personally disheartening.⁣⁣

I also spoke directly with other participants who reported similar concerns: sudden coaching changes, missing deliverables, and a program experience that, in their view and mine, did not line up with what was originally advertised.⁣⁣

Resonant team work is the best

The resonant team work was the best. I’ve worked with other design teams and coaches and the communication between us was horrible.
My biggest frustration was with Typeset. Changing something in the theme for a project and not being able to undo it which wound up changing other projects which wrecked them. If I had known to duplicate a theme and name it “project name theme” that would have helped so much. Many people probably wouldn’t need that but I’m a trained graphic designer so “customizing” is my middle name.

This company is a total RIP OFF

This company is a total RIP OFF. I had a great subscription to CreatorU+ and a Karen Z convinced me to downgrade to CreatorU for $99/year. It offers 6 courses which all 6 can be completed in a day and several of the courses were repeats of a previous course on the platform. They offer NO training on traffic and the only thing that's taught is how to create an ebook in Samcart and Typeset which they make you pay for. When support is contacted they all respond in every email with "I do want to be fully transparent" which is so totally a bunch of bullshit. I wanted to reactivate my CreatorU+ account and they refused and replied with I want to be fully transparent. They TOTALLY undeliver to the max and there's NO incentive whatsoever to continue with this cheap, no good for nothing crap that you're paying $99/year for when ALL courses can be completed in one day and several are just repeats of lessons in the other courses. TOTAL CRAP and definitely not worth $10/year much less $99/year. Brian Moran is a thief who delivers nothing of value. Don't give your money as it will be a total loss to you and there's NO value provided.

Stay away from this product!
I was shocked today to see a charge for auto renewal of $239us for a product I do not use. Equally disturbed that it went through PayPal although I do not have a recurring payment set up with them. Classic scam. Refund my money immediately. And yes I have filed a ticket.

Bait and switch for me

this was a bait and switch for me. Some Vendor site used a coupon of $10 to sign up for a PDF. Swithch. the $10 for for a discount on membership and not for the PDF.
I have not been able to log in since and no matter how many times I try to log in, resetting my password repeately, It says I don't have an account though they are charging me $144. I had to google a customer service email that actually worked to try and cancel.

Just about the best support ever

Just about the best support ever. You guys absolutely blow me away with your support knowledge and service. In addition to a rapid response, not having to wait days for it, if you still have a problem they go the extra mile, for example i was having a difficult time linking a logo in my e-book, Carlos went so far as to create a video showing me exactly how to correct the problem. Thats what I call going above and beyond the mark. I will recommend this product to everyone I know who is looking to have need of this type of app. Again, special shout out to Carlos your company should be proud of the service you provide. Absolute scam

Absolute scam. They take your money (and everyone pays a different price based on how much they think they can get from you).
I requested a refund since nothing that was promised was delivered and was told absolutely not, tough luck on me.
Everything they promise you takes ages to get done.
Send an email with a question, wait 2-4 weeks to get an answer and that answer has nothing to do with your actual question so then you have to send the question again and wait another 2-4 weeks for an answer.
They teach how things are "supposed" to be done and then when you receive your finished work, it is NOTHING close to all the things they originally told you had to be done.
CreatorU brags about how they buy other businesses for $1M and push you to buy those services too or you won't succeed.
One of the original founders actually left the group and is suing the other partner because this is such a scam. That alone tells you everything you need to know.
If you have been scammed by them, find one of the many social media groups of people who have also been scammed for assistance.

CreatorU provides all the step-by-step resources needed. Everything from beginner courses to get started to more advanced courses to scale up to get the full potential from your business.

And the one time I did have to interact with customer support - I received a quick response that solved my issue. The customer service response was quicker and more thorough than I expected (due to how other companies respond).

Underwhelmed: BEWARE!

Underwhelmed. Blew up my Inbox with a blizzard of messages from other confused users, little guidance about platform, no online way to quit, had to email. At least the refund (for MULTIPLE CHARGES) was refunded quickly. BEWARE.

From $7 to Scam: CreatorU’s $239 Ambush

Paid $7 a year ago, never used CreatorU again. Today? A $239 bill for some mystery “subscription” I never knowingly agreed to. Finding the cancel option required full Inspector Clouseau skills – buried, hidden, and designed to frustrate. Still no clue what I’m even subscribed to. I want my money back. Predatory, opaque, and downright scammy. Avoid these con artists.
