I've been bringing my 2 year old lurcher to Creature Comforts since it opened near where I live. They are a very caring and attentive practice. My lurcher has had various needs to see the vet and we are easily able to book with the same vet each time who has a lovely rapport with him and this provides continuity for him, their charging is transparent and costs/expenses are explained upfront. I highly recommend this practice

We were referred to Creature Comforts when our dog snapped her ACL and our vet of over 9 years was utterly useless. Creature Comforts hit the ground running when we had lost a lot of time, they explained the process in great detail and what the recovery period would involve. We met with Dr Penny, their orthopaedic surgeon who walked us through the operation and rehab. She was extremely clear what we needed to do if our dog was to walk again. They checked in with us, saw us at weekends. They provided massage and physio and constant follow up appointments. They encouraged us to visit them more regularly and never felt we asked silly questions or wasted their time. They are genuinely interested and invested in your pet's health and happiness. They greet us every time and are always so friendly and warm even on low moments. They aren't expensive and their monthly subscription offers excellent value. I can't recommend them enough.
8 months later after major TPLO surgery my dog and I ran 9 km something I never though would be possible.
Thank you to the team at Creature Comforts

Amazing experience with creature comforts, they looked after our cat Luani. He was vaccinated and neutered, the place feels very comforting and does not feel like any other vets we have visited.
Everyone here is super friendly and prices are very reasonable, thanks!!

We are signed up the CC's all inclusive package and aside from the excellent care they receive from the Team at Fulham Rd, it is extraordinary good value. My Ollie and Olive are always treated like aristocracy and are never unhappy or nervous about a visit. I can recommend Creature Comforts wholeheartedly.

The attention that they give to my dogs is exceptional. You can easily see how much they care for our pets as well as ourselves as their owners. This is the best Vetinary practice I have ever belonged to , by far.

Dr Ele at Creature Comforts has been professional and sympathetic while treating my labrador Harry. She listened when I wanted to postpone a scan (only to quickly rebook it when Harry took a turn for the worse), and has always been available so that Harry has had consistency of care. The reception staff are also always very friendly and efficient. Also love the chat feature on the app.

This has completely changed my experience and understanding of vets. The staff are incredible, they truly care about your animals. They go above and beyond... but not just that, the environment has been created to calm the animals and make them feel loved and secure too so they actually want to go! All the fear has gone and the process for me to book an appt at the drop of a hat is so easy. I want to go too as it smells amazing and they have amazing coffee! Highly recommend, we are converted for life!!

We have been so impressed with the care our dog has received at the Balham branch. All the staff have been so wonderful with our nervous dog. We have been able to pop by on numerous occasions just to have a little check up and a few treats. So far he is so much happier and nowhere near as anxious as he used to be on our visits to the vet’s.
He has had dental treatment here and he has been so well looked after. The app is fab with photo updates throughout the day of his procedure. Can’t fault them and would highly recommend

Creature Comforts have made such a difference to our dog’s life. She doesn’t usually let anyone touch her, let alone a vet, but Barry’s calm demeanour and skilful treatment were such a help. Florence (our dog) loves the team - thank you Kate for the warm welcome. Creature Comforts whole set up is so dog and owner friendly. What a great addition to High Barnet!

Took my dog Freyja in for her initial consultation in December 2025 and was delighted by all the staff and the clinic itself.
Everyone was lovely, brilliant with Freyja who enjoyed the attention, treats and the freedom to take herself on a tour while I was shown the well equipped, incredibly clean 'behind the scenes' area.
Her checkup was thorough and the vet was lovely to us both.
Since then we've been several times for a couple of issues and every time we get close Freyja perks up and gets excited to see everyone and get some attention and treats!
Absolutely wonderful vet experience every time we've been, I'm very glad to have made the switch from our old practice

Frankie my Maltipoo has had a few problems so, I’m not always in the calmest state in there however, they are always so reassuring and professional. It’s a very pleasant place to be , lovely atmosphere . Good coffee 🤣 They all seem to genuinely care about the animals . Would highly recommend . Your pets would thank them if they could .

We’ve been using the Muswell Hill branch for a while now. They picked up on what other vets didn’t about our cat having cancer - he’d had this for a long time and had been suffering. They were kind and caring. Never made things more expensive than it needed to be. They were also there. Every step. They were kind, compassionate and patient.
We have two rescue kittens now and the care goes on. They are truly wonderful, compassionate people who go a massive mile beyond being your usual vets.
I’ll never go anywhere else

Today was our first time ever at a Creature Comforts practice. It is the most hygienic and cleanest veterinary practice I have ever seen, including television programmes. Stacey provided us with a tour around the entire practice, and it was hugely comforting to know that should our baby boy ever need hospitalisation, then we were more than rest assured, that he would be looked after by both competent staff and the latest in high-tech equipment for all his veterinary needs.
Our 13-week-old puppy, Hector, was greeted at the front door by Stacey and Abigail. They were so extremely friendly and welcoming.
Our vet today was Dr. Emma. She was thoroughly professional, informative, reassuring, and just simply plain excellent in her role for Hector’s first health checkup at 13 weeks. Her exemplary knowledge of behavioural issues were superb and gave us great confidence. Moving forward with Hector’s progression with all aspects of his training.
Finally, we commend Stacey’s excellent photography skills with capturing our baby boy sporting his new Creature Comforts bandanna.
In addition and beyond our thorough recommendation, I took time to read some of the 1-star reviews and I'm so angered by the stark contrast. But reading more thoroughly, I realise:
Fred & Vi: your review must be unique because their chat feature in the app gives us a feeling that a professional expert is just a moment away. And the 'only in it for the money' is true of all businesses but the outpouring of love they showed towards our puppy ensured us that they're loving the job too.
Mrs Bouchra (and anyone else reading this): Creature Comforts, to me, is a high-end professional establishment offering supreme care and efficiency and that comes at a cost. Don't go to a B&B and expect the quality of The Savoy. There's always the PDSA for those who can't afford vet care.
Naima: if I was being put in a responsible position of examining, determining and treating your animal, I would categorically make sure the diagnosis was correct. It's not professional to make a veterinary decision on the basis of the pet owner's opinion (whether they're right or wrong). Get a package and insurance.
Emir: needs a course on pet anxiety and all that's entailed with owning a dog. If the vet feels that it is necessary, they'll advise that. Anything else would be negligent.
Miss Alikhani: read the small print.
Emily: no one should take a review like this seriously, when it starts with needing to give up their dog. While good intentions are evident by taking out an all access care package, early ending contract fees exist in most businesses. If it's in the small print, it's unfair to give 1 star because you don't agree with it.
Finally, when we took on the choice of owning a dog, we researched, educated and gained as much knowledge as we could digest and retain… to know that it was only ever going to be an expensive, financially exhausting, emotionally draining (with all aspects of keeping them safe and unharmed). What I hadn't realised was how inept, ignorant some pet owners can be (mostly with socialisation issues in our local park).
