Worst worst worst app EVER!! I downloaded it and as I was waiting for my “cash boost” my account got permanently blocked for no damn reason. Like I had just opened this damn account and had just started it and they permanently blocked my account and when I tried to talk to a support member I couldn’t even do that. What a joke! It was just a horrible experience and I would not suggest this app to ANYONE! This app or Tilt or klover. Theyre all crappy cash advance apps. Now Cleo and Dave and Grant, those ones are really great Especially Cleo!

I've been locked out of my account for 6 months I have emailed and emailed to try and get the help log it in they will not help me and they've also been rude

The customer service that I was provided you guys said that you guys would do something within 24 hours and unfortunately that did not happen. I had to log mini tickets and to get a response from your customer service staff when they finally got back to me they got back to me with incorrect information. I had to re-explain the situation three or four times and even after the explanation there was no resolved in the matter the issue that I was concerned about still happened and things were pulled out of my account. I believe your company needs to reevaluate the people that are representing your customer service because they are not fulfilling what your statements are saying that you guys will do honoring what you say is what makes your company strong, and unfortunately, the way that things were done and handled with poor communication just tells me that there should not be any business done with this company company should not only focus on getting money from the customers, but also helping them to avoid issues that are started from your company in the first place what I’ve tell anyone to use the services. I absolutely would not if this is the way that’s a company behaves without helping their consumers.

I have had nothing but great experience. Whenever I need to contact costumer care they are responsive and reliable.

Credit Genie I never signed up for a membership and they are taking money out of my bank account. I just happen to check my account and it was a overdraft on my account for $9.99 I talked to the bank they said Credit Genie have been taking money from my account sense March..These Places are BAD NEWS WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS

For me the process of getting my short term loan was really easy! And the loan increases as you make your payment. I've only used it twice thus far, but I really appreciate this site.

My experience with Credit Genie has been great. I thought it was going to be a hard process, easy as 123. Very convenient when you need extra cash!!!

Crap app, basically fraud!!
There are literally 5 to 6 other cash apps.You would be an absolute fool to use this one or klover , they're both bottom of the barrel. App does not function whatsoever. They get you going with an advance and then even after it's paid back, Your account doesn't update, and states , you still owe a payment , even though you can clearly see a deduction from CG, a week earlier in my bank the main issue, is there is absolutely no support. They got an outdated , zendesk ticket platform that, nobody even responds to!! NOBODY!!!
Can't call anybody and nobody responds to the tickets.What kind of bullsht is that!???
It takes a special kind of low life, scumbag to take advantage of people who are in financial distress.
They need to be investigated , shut down and charged criminally. False advertisement, dishonest business practices, and predatory!!!

They continuously take $9.99 even after you cancel your subscription. Now they have my account blocked from me and I Need records of all of my transactions. Our Attorney General will not like how this company strangles your bank account for fees every two weeks. Extremely dissatisfied with these individuals.

Paid back advance 6 days ago. Marked as paid in history but not on homepage. Need to add debit card but site won’t let me and need to change email. Emailed help 20 times and got no real response. But they never miss taking their fee every two weeks. So upset. I turned so many people on to this site and now I’m embarrassed

Officially rating this app one star, I always repay my advances and somehow I get a email saying I was sent a mistaken credit and was charged 8 days earlier than what I scheduled for the repayment. The customer service is trash it’s been days with no response. Upsetting because THEY CHARGE YOU EARLY AND CHANGE THE DATES! BEWARE of this company!! Then got the nerve to keep trying to charge my card $9.99 after there’s an apparent error with my account. GTH!!!! CANCELLING immediately!

Credit Genie is my confidante my go to and they have been the one to keep my finances going when in need and in dire straight and i really appreciate that and for all they have done with accomadation cash advances.So i would recommend them to any and all who needs a lifting or pickup. I was a little leary cause I deposit my checks my self. Thought I was going to be denied.at first was not much.but since I have been paying back on time.its a little more I can borrow.i really glad they have a feature after awhile you can set your payment date to a little later.THANKS CREDIT GENIE
