It took approximately 3 weeks to get my card & I randomly opened my app to try tracking my card and I already owed my first bill. I hadn't even gotten the card before I'm being charged.

I had a bad experience with credit one bank. Was making regular payments but they decided to close my account, my credit score fell 50 points down because of that.

Well the fact you put the 95. Annual fee up front. Then im sure I'll be charged interest on top of that unless I can pay that before the end of payment period. Now I have nothing to show for it. Not happy.
STAY AWAY from CREDIT ONE BANK CARDS
Got a credit card through creditone bank back in June of 2024. Used it for small purchases, and recently paid it off in April. All of the sudden the card would not work. It got declined. Called and they said they shut it down due to suspecious activity (I guess paying it off was not something they are accustomed to). They sent us new cards around the first of June 2026. Used it at a restaurant for dinner and then the next day for a burger at a fastfood restaurant. Next time I attempted to use it, would not go through. Server at restaurant said it was "locked". We tried again at another restaurant, and got same message from server - card appeared locked.
Called to find out what the heck is going on. Customer Service said we need to send in copies of our drivers license and a utility bill in our name and some other BS. We've only been a customer for over 2 years.
We are closing account - will do business elsewhere.
CreditOne charges a fee every time you sneeze. They charge you a fee to increase you credit limit. It's a racket.

My experience with Credit One Bank has been absolutely terrible.
I have had three replacement credit cards issued over the course of several months, and not a single one has arrived. I have called numerous times, verified my address repeatedly, and followed every instruction given to me. Yet somehow, after months of dealing with this issue, I am still without my cards.
What makes this even more frustrating is that every time I call the 1-800 number, I am speaking with people in a whole other country who do not seem to know what the hell is going on. I have to explain the same situation over and over again, and nobody appears to have any understanding of the history of the issue or any ability to actually resolve it. Every call results in more confusion, more wasted time, and no solution.
Had I known beforehand that this would be the level of customer service I would receive, I never would have opened accounts with Credit One Bank.
At this point, I have exhausted every reasonable option available to me. Since Credit One has been unable to resolve a simple card replacement issue after months of phone calls and multiple replacement requests, I am now forced to escalate the matter by filing a complaint with the CFPB.
Consumers should know exactly what they are signing up for before doing business with this company.
