It took approximately 3 weeks to get my card & I randomly opened my app to try tracking my card and I already owed my first bill. I hadn't even gotten the card before I'm being charged.

Excellent service and fast approval

Excellent service and fast approval
Awesome company and even better service. Getting approved with less-than-perfect credit was quick and easy, and they gave me a very fair starting credit line. No issues with payment processing or hidden surprises. It’s the perfect stepping stone to a better credit score. Thanks, Credit One!

CreditOne Bank claims department is ineffective.

CreditOne Bank's claims department is ineffective. Seven transactions for $24.95 were charged to my credit card. When I filed a fraudulent charges claim, they ruled in favor of the merchant. Stating that no error has occurred since the merchant's records confirm that my credit card (with EMV chip) was used for the transactions. Disregarding the fact that the transactions were made at different locations, or that I have never used the credit card in question at that merchant.

Let me explain something when you apply…

Let me explain something when you apply for credit it means you need it and when they approve you and give you a certain amount which they did me it was $300 I accepted it with the aspects of building my credit as soon as I activated my card they charged me $75 for annual fees out of my $300 credit limit so no I wouldn't recommend them

CAUTION!! Hidden fees and fraudulent activity

After applying for the credit card in APRIL it's now almost July . I finally received it after the 3rd call to them asking where my card was. They said each time we are re issuing you a new card. Mind you I had fees and late charges pilling up while all this was occuring... Long story short once I finally received my card and tried to activate it, I found out I had 110$ worth of fees due immediately and had never even laid eyes on my card yet . They said that was normal for them . And then I was told by supervisor over customer service not to use it for 72hours that they would fix the issue and my card would be back to new . It has been 7 days and I still have the fees and I get emails saying to pay the min fee to keep using my card. Which I never got the chance to use in the first place . I will be seeking professional help in these matters , hope this review helps someone from making the same mistake i did .
