Awesome product, Ive used sneaker guards for years (and the folded sock method before guards existed) to keep my sneaks crease-free but CREPS are by far the most comfortable and best priced option I've found.

Absolutely horrible stuff the liquid cleaning solution should NEVER be used on white mesh shoes as it WILL stain them and spread the dirt rather than cleaning it, the foam is okay although it does NOT do what is advertised. Don’t expect any products from this company to clean shoes completely the products are only good for cleaning very very minor marks. Would recommend buying ANY other shoe cleaning product over this as it is a quick cash grab nothing more

I ordered 2 of their products but was unfortunately sent a different item by accident, sent an email to them and received a reply same day for them to send the item I originally ordered! Brilliant service 👍🏻

Got the product was faulty, filled out a form to complain you responded agreed to send a new one and never have. Not going to chase you over £15 but shame you can’t give good service. I understand you may get the odd fault just can’t understand poor service

Additionally, I'm astounded at the level of customer service that I have received. I discovered a slight defect with my Internet order so I used the contact form on the website to address my concerns. The response was extremely rapid and the resolution was better and more generous than I had imagined so I was super chuffed with this.

The turnaround for placing my order and even my replacement goods was extremely rapid too so I cannot fault crep protect in any way whatsoever weather purchasing direct or from JD sports.

To sum up, i'd recommend ordering crep protect even if you are not a sneaker head, just to test one product because the quality is brutal!

I sent an email over the weekend regarding 2 faulty crates, i received a response within hours and a replacement order was processed swiftly and will be shipped out to me today. Excellent customer service as always, we have 35+ of these crates ( who doesn't have a sneaker obsession right? Haha) and only a handful have had faults but the issues have always been rectified swiftly.

Best product around to protect your footwear. Fast delivery. Wouldn’t use anything else

Brought directly from Crep Protect and it does the job. Used the spray on a couple of my trainers and it’s worked really well so far — water and dirt just slide off. Didn’t affect the material or colour either.

It was easy to apply, delivery was quick, and everything came well packaged. Early days, but I’m impressed. Would definitely recommend if you want to keep your creps clean.
