Bad customer service

Write a review on here, not a good one may I add, and got refunded the same day, with no reason why. Said I didn’t email them when I did as I have the proof.

Contacted me telling that the jacket is out of stock when but when I bought the coat every size was in stock

I’ve ordered a few times from CrepsUK and each time the service has been excellent. My orders came quickly and the customer service was very helpful when I’ve had to reach out. They always have what I’m looking for even when it’s hard to get elsewhere. Will continue being my go-to

Placed an order for my husband but…

Placed an order for my husband but picked the wrong shoe unfortunately. Contacted customer service and it was so easy to have my order changed. Shoes arrived in no time and I have a happy husband! Will definitely be ordering again!
