My brother brought me a pair of trainers from this company. Unfortunately when I tried them on they were slightly too big so just needed to exchange for a smaller size. Contacted them the same day and after waiting for a response for over a week they advised we would have to send photos to an email to prove they were not worn. We sent the photos and have only just had a response, apparently they look dirty and are refusing to change the shoes. I know for a fact they aren’t dirty, they’ve never been worn only tried them on at home. The shoes have been kept wrapped up in the box since. It took us 3 weeks of chasing to get this answer, not exactly professional service. Been completely conned, won’t be shopping here again!

Was unsure about ordering online at first for Jordan 4s. I already ordered once from another website and that turned out to be a scam. When I placed my order with creputate it put my mind at rest. I got order confirmation straight away and they contacted me by email confirming my order will arrive ready for Christmas. Delivered by DPD with a tracking number so I could track my order.
Items arrived a week later due to there busy period. All in all a great experience with creputate could not fault them. My son was well chuffed with his jordan 4s. Will definitely order with them again.
