I am very very unhappy with the communication that I have had from your team.

I have contacted you via ‘Instagram account’ & your web site ‘contact us’ section. With this in Mind I have contacted over 3 weeks ago and again at the start of February with no response.

Every attempt of contact has had every point of detail. Email, telephone, order number & name.

After spending over £275 on a pair of Mens Nike Furyosa Blk/Wht I would not expect such a serious fault to arise after less than a handful of wears.

I am a highstreet retail manager myself and would be hugely embarrassed if my team were able to let this happen.

I would not expect your service to follow with such poor communication.

Purchased from these guys twice recently and have to say the service has been brilliant. Great communication, very helpful when asked a question, quick delivery and everything is packaged up really well. Nice touch with the note in each delivery too. Won’t hesitate to buy from them again.

10/10 service. Shoes come double boxed, and with good packaging to keep them safe. Delivery times were on point with how they’re described. Would definitely recommend Creputate for shoes, i’ll be ordering again.

This is where I get all of my trainers from always have & always will they are always dispatched and here in a couple days! Great customer service if you have a problem but you won't because they are on the ball. However I did have a problem with the courier "DPD" (not creputate) but I've had problems from DPD before with other parcels but the guy's at creputate have been amazing! They are so helpful and respond very quickly and they are so friendly! They even gave me £15 off my next order for something that wasn't even their fault. Would definitely recommend 100 percent!

First of all I would like to thank Creputate and there staff for all there help before xmas, Thank you very much.

Pre xmas I was looking for a pair of Yeezys my daughter liked and couldn’t find them anywhere. I came across Creputate and seen they was in stock, not dealing with this company before I was a little hesitant so I looked on the review and trustpilot and that put me to ease more.
I purchased as pair of Yeezys and when they arrived they were too small, with less than a week to xmas panic set in! I contacted Creputate and explained, they were happy to return trainers and offer an alternative as her size was not in stock. My daughter had her heart set on a particular pair so I explained this and said we were happy to wait until after xmas and Creputate send them out then.
On the 23rd December I received an email stating I was due a delivery, I wasn’t sure what to expect but on the 24th December a parcel arrived and it was the trainers my daughter was wanting with a little note saying “I know how much your daughter wanted these before xmas, I drove up to Manchester to collect these (good few hours drive), I’ve sent these out next day delivery I really hope these get to you before xmas. There is not many store or people that would do that any time never mind in a busy spell around xmas. It was a surprise to me and a big surprise to my daughter.

Ordered a pair of Off White Dunk Pine Green from Creputate a few weeks ago as a Christmas present for £595. They cancelled my order 5 days later with an email message to say there was a stock error.

These are now in stock on their website for £995.

Completely unprofessional that you could not honour the sale and instead just crank the price up.

Won’t be buying from you guys again. Massively disappointed

I’m gutted i bought the wrong size waiting to hear about exchange but service great so far.
Great website, quick service/delivery even with covid and christmas, great quality item/s (yeezy slides). Personallised hand written card for my first order which i thought was a nice touch especially at such a busy time it’s nice they seem to really value their customers - something so small makes them stand out from the crowd and for me it’s those little things that will keep me as a customer.
Klarna available which is good and bad lol! nearly too easy i’ll definately be treating myself in January for my birthday!
