Great example of poor management.
This low star rating is significant to the management's response to feedback relating to recent poor service and communications.
Our initial experience with Cresta was excellent until recently, when we were significantly left waiting in the rain for over 40 minutes with very little updating communication. Any communication we did have was initiated in the main, from us, the information given was misleading and not adhered to.
We were ultimately 50 minutes late at our destination.
The company charges more than any of the local taxi firms. The vehicles are clean, and the drivers are kind and supportive. In the meantime, we have spoken to several people who have experienced similar issues.
Over 4 days, several phone calls, and finally, by emailing, we made concerted efforts to complain to the company. During every conversation, we were promised a return call from the management team. This did not come to fruition until the fourth day.
During our conversation with senior management, it was clear that he was avoiding any response to the main issue but simply made excuses about being busy, describing the company's ethos, and that they do care. The call was finally terminated by us as we were continually interrupted whilst attempting to detail our complaint.
We would suggest using this company with caution.
