I had to leave a review about my… outstanding experience with this company

I had to leave a review about my experience/experiences with crib, Art. I have not used them in the past this being my first experience I must say it was very smooth, I received my Art in the time that I was told that would be here. Everything was ready to hang. It was so simple. I did have some questions and Pat in the customer care department was outstanding in resolving answering meeting any of my needs. She sent me emails every day. She let me know that she stayed on top of it. It was truly like the old days, we don't get that kind of service anymore and I just want to say thank you Pat. I appreciate people like you out there these days.

I love this place. I'm super satisfied. I now have three pieces of art that I have ordered.

I had an issue with damage to my item sustained in transit. Michelle organised a replacement for me quickly and easily. Exactly the service you hope to receive but often don't. Top marks.

Poor quality artwork

Shipping was relatively quick. However the artwork is terrible quality. The image looks pixelated and almost blurry, poor paper quality and very cheap looking, and nothing like the website image.

Very good customer service and product

Crib of Art customer service was very good. They kept me updated throughout the process of my purchase. On one of my picture frames there was some damage. Crib of Art promised to provide me with a replacement for the framed picture and fulfilled their promise with absolutely no hassle.
I ordered two framed prints from them. Both the replacement for the first order snd the second order arrived today. They turned out very well. The colours and details in the pictures are clear and sharp and the pictures look just as nice or even better than as advertised on their website. If I need anymore pictures for my walls I will go to Crib of Art.
Finally, I would be remiss if I did not mention Helen who was very polire and courteous, and very prompt and considerate in her replies to my communication, and in keeping me up to date and assured during the process of acquiring my framed pictures. Thank you, Helen for keeping me at peace.

Amazing customer support…

Helen at customer support was extremely helpful when I raised concerns about the parcel not being delivered to my home address when in fact it had been taken to a local depot. She followed up on my concerns and was very professional I. Her communication. Great work!

Outstanding Customer service

I love the print that I ordered. However, there was a problem with the framing of the print.
Pat managed with this problem quickly and was so easy to deal with. Her communication was great and she resolved the problem after only 2 emails.
This is the best customer service I have ever had anywhere.

Great Experience with Crib of Art

I purchased two posters from Crib of Art. The Blue Wave poster was excellent—very sharp and almost had a 3D-print effect. Unfortunately, the second poster, Sapphire Wave, did not have the same quality and appeared blurry.
However, Helen from Crib of Art handled the issue professionally and to my full satisfaction. She is an excellent mediator between Crib of Art and its customers, treating customers with great respect and care. Thanks to her support, the experience ended on a very positive note.

Rainy nights in London

I had a problem with my picture I ordered,When I opened the box it had been delivered damaged,so I emailed Crib of Art and immediately got a response from a lady named Helen,I sent her the photos of damaged picture and box without any hesitation and so ever apologetic Helen has organised another one to be sent out to me.I have previously bought items from this company without any problems and because of people like Helen I will continue to do so

Unlike other places

Unlike other places, I got what I ordered to the quality and standard offered. My floating frames make my piece stand out. I am only sorry the third piece in my collection (version 3.0) had sold out and I did not get it on canvas. Also when there was an error with my fourth piece, Christian (Customer advocacy manager) went above and beyond, to get the issue remedied. All team members I dealt with, were helpful and fair
