An Issue Quickly Resolved
I had some size issues with the print I had ordered. Michelle from customer support couldn't do enough to help. With excellent communication, she and the production team quickly resolved the issue and I now have the beautiful Golden Queen hanging at the top of my stairs. She's a real show stopper and conversation piece. Thanks to you all Michelle.

Ok if purchased on a big discount
The prints are ok for the price paid but the frames are not the best I have seen being wrapped MDF - heavy discounts based on what looks like very inflated RRPs is not a good look in my view, a bit too much of the hard sale as there is no way they are worth anything like the official RRP - overall ok when purchased at the heavy discount but don’t expect a £500 picture for a £150 price tag and you will be fine

Don't be fooled by what's pictured on the website
I placed an order for what was pictured to be a painting. After then seeing some bad reviews, I tried 3x to cancel it. Despite their system saying the status was 'waiting for production', they kept making excuses and refused to cancel my order. What arrived was a poster, framed, with Plexiglas on the front. It looks like cheap garbage and they have not responded to my email about a refund. Buyer beware.
UPDATE: They are refusing any refund, and are offering a credit *after I pay to ship it back*. So, I would be out of pocket more money in exchange for another shoddy product in the future. Huge red flags.
