The two guys from Crocodile, Ricardo and John were so lovely and friendly ! They worked non stop from start to finish and took just 4 hours ! I am so so pleased and happy with the new garage door, it has met all my expectations and more besides. The lads were tidy/efficient and a joy to have at my property - well done Ricardo and John and thank you so much !!

Just had a new garage door fitted. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. The two fitters, Paul and Paul did an amazing job. Cannot recommend the company enough.

First class company, from the initial contact to the actual fitting my garage roller door was very professional,friendly and informative.

When Mark and Paul arrived to fit the door Mark explained to me the procedure.
When the door was fitted Mark and Paul explained how to operate the door with the remote button. And manually.

Had my garage door fitted by Paul & Paul on 20th April.
They did an excellent job and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
First impressions always count- as soon as they arrived they could see I had just had a new drive laid and declined to park their van on my drive as it was dropping some oil. Very impressive....

Neil came to fix my garage door and did so very quickly. He was very friendly and helpful which was very reassuring to this elderly customer!

Had a major malfunction with my garage door coming away from its runners. Unable use garage doors. Spoke with Crocodile at 8.05 am the next day and the staff member contacted an engineer to attend as urgent. Contacted by Steve the engineer soon afterwards who said he would be in attendance with 30 minutes. Steve attended and brought with him the necessary part to effect av repair.
Garage doors repaired an operational within the hour.

Excellent follow up by staff member. Steve, the engineer knew what the problem was, had the parts to do the repair and got my garage doors working smoothly.

Mark and Paul came out to fit my roller garage door. It is an exceptional thing, with such tight tolerances that it has made our previously drafty garage warm and snug. Very impressive. The guys were great, prompt, professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned everything up after themselves, and it was as if the garage door just appeared in place, as it had always been there. 5 Stars for the company and the fitting team.

'Ricardo and John' did a fantastic job fitting a Crocodile garage door for us. The experience was great from beginning to end. They turned up an hour early and simply did the job without any fuss!

All through the process they’ve been very helpful. They made a mistake with one of the measurement’s , so then had to come back 2 weeks later. But Chris and Jake who erected it made the process nice and easy.

Had our new double garage door fitted today by Paul and Paul. Fantastic job, they arrived exactly on time and were literally no maintenance whatsoever, we like to look after tradespeople but they didn't want anything. Confirmed what were having done and then just got on with it without any fuss. 3 hours later, all done and dusted, ran through the procedures, did a demo, cleared up, all good. Everyone we've dealt from sales, survey and a couple of calls with the head office has been great. You can get cheaper but I'm pleased I went with Crocodile and that was based on the reviews and it hasn't been a disappointment. I'm confident we'll have many years of satisfaction with our door and it's transformed the look from outside and given us a bit more space inside as well as looking a lot tidier with the rollup design. Highly recommended.

However good a product is, (and Alligator products ARE), the end result is only as good as the men who come along to fit and finish it. And it doesn't end there!
A pleasant and helpful attitude to the customer is the true 'icing on the cake'. That said, fitters Paul and Paul fulfilled all these requirements - and more! They even loaded my car with the 'left-overs' to be taken to the tip! They were truly 'two P's in a pod', worthy representatives of a great company with a well-manufactured product! So says a happy and satisfied client!

Had a Crocodile garage door fitted last week and I can not commend enough the two fitters that came to fit it (Ricardo & John). They were very professional,polite & civil. They were late coming through no fault of there own & stayed late until they had fitted my 5 star garage door. I highly recommend a Crocodile garage door to anyone who is considering having one.

Initial contact, surveyor all open and explained. Had fitters today, turned up ontime, very friendly, explained all to be done and made sure that is what we wanted. Many thanks to Mark and Paul. Great installation followed up with full explanation of workings.

I had crocodile fit a.new a garage door today and would like to inform you .they were brilliant.They arrived around mid-day and didn’t stop until they had finished the job.l don’t like having people in as there are so many cowboys out there and as a customer you end up very disappointed but not this time.The two employees names were Ricardian and John.
