Ordered two pairs of crocs, the day after before they were even delivered they went on sale for £15 a pair cheaper and I received a 20% discount code to use as well. I emailed to see if there was an a... See more

Impossible refund process, extremely poor support
I ordered a pair of clogs which arrived damaged. Although the website said they were eligible for return, I couldn’t arrange one online and had to contact customer service, which seems unnecessarily difficult for a faulty item.
I contacted them through WhatsApp, but the replies felt like pre-written statements and repeatedly failed to address the information and photos I had provided. I even asked if I was speaking to AI and was told I wasn’t, although the impersonal and often poorly written responses certainly made it feel that way.
The patterned coating had already chipped and peeled away in multiple areas on both shoes, exposing the pale base underneath. I sent clear photos with the damaged areas circled, yet customer service initially described the defects as “minimal” and pointed out that the shoes were still wearable, rather than explaining that a full refund was available. As some of the damage is around areas that flex or rub during wear, I was also concerned that the peeling would get worse.
The clogs were sent in only a thin plastic mailing bag rather than a box, so damage in transit may also have contributed.
They have since offered a full refund, which I’m grateful for, but the whole customer service experience was bizarre and unnecessarily frustrating. I wouldn’t order directly again or recommend doing so. Faulty items shouldn’t be minimised and refunds shouldn’t be this difficult to arrange.
I really hope this isn’t a glimpse into the future of AI-style customer service.
Terrible overall service
Terrible overall service - no information on delivery and when you try to get this information their customer service team simply close the chat!!
Great shoes but don't buy online.
My advice is to buy from a bricks and mortar shop as when you have to return you'll actually get your money back. I bought 2 pairs of crocs and returned 1. 3 times they have said they've refunded and yes I'm still waiting. Their response is go check with your bank. Terrible after sales service.
Wrong, wrong and wrong again
As with so many others, the same litany: order online, get wrong size, send back, reorder and again, bingo! Wrong size. The complaints/return process feels designed to cause customers to lose the will to live. I even tried ordering through John Lewis, because I thought it would make the returns process easier — drop off at nearest branch. It does, up to a point. But it’s new crocs that fit that I want and I don’t see any prospect of them arriving this side of the grave. Appalling.
Non existent customer service, refunds take forever, sizing of the products is not consistent
I have been wearing Crocs for some years. I recently ordered a pair of Classic Clogs (I normally wear Baya), the sizing was completely different, so they were returned. I then ordered a pair of Classic in my usual style, they were around 1cm shorter than my previous buys. I still haven’t had a refund for my first return, which they received 3 weeks ago. I tried the online chat, finally got to ‘chat’ with a ‘live’ agent, to no avail. I was given refund case nos for both orders. I have since recieved the refund on the later order, but still nothing on
my first order. I have emailed them, an automated email said someone would get back within 3 working days, that hasn’t happened. Apparently, customer service is based in Holland! Just avoid them at all costs. Order from Amazon!!! I ordered a third pair from them (jn a larger size, still didnt fit!), returned them and received a refund a day later. There is a serious problem with this company.
Ordered Spider-Man crocs for £70 in a…
Ordered Spider-Man crocs for £70 in a UK W7, was sent a US 7 so therefore a UK5, thought this was an error on my part for ordering as thought maybe they are on the website in US sizes so returned and ordered a US9, this time I have been sent a UK9 and now the item is out of stock.
Just a ridiculously pathetic company that I have had prior issues with
Shrunken flip flop
Ordered a pair of flip flops for my holiday, when they arrived 1 of the shoes was bent and significantly smaller than the other. Clearly they had been kept in hot conditions and shrunk. My question is why would you build, a flip flop, a shoe to be worn in warm weather conditions, that can shrink? Never mind one that would shrink and dis form before it was even delivered.
Don't bother. They don't the correct item and no customer service
Ordered flipflops fory holiday and received pink clogs NOT even in my size. Customer service is none existent. I haven't a printer to print the label off, why can't they send a print in store label or even just damn well swms the correct item?! I'm not the first and won't use them again. How stupid are the people that pick/packaged it up?
Bluelight card holders BEWARE
Bluelight card holders BEWARE I have purchased a pair of Crocs today via the Bluelight card website where I was given a discount code, I copy and paste the code into the discount code box and it said discount was applied, when I checked out I was charged the full amount. I contacted customer services straight away through the live chat Christine was telling me there is nothing they can do when I asked if I can cancel order and re do it was told code won’t work and I would need to wait for the goods to be delivered to cancel then it would take up to 14 days to get refund- I really wish I had read the reviews before I purchased.
Useless customer services and…
Useless customer services and misleading information. I won’t order from them again.
Crocs poor logistics
Order crocs £70 on 31/07/2026, today is 04/08/2026 and still not dispatched. The logistics for this company is so poor. If this item was a £20 item then I would be happy to wait and extended period of time. For £70 your logistics should be as good as Amazon’s and it should be sent and tracked within 24 hours of purchase. Why does it take five days just to process an order and it still hasn’t even been dispatched?
Ordered shoes from Crocs UK website…
Ordered shoes from Crocs UK website using PayPal. Order was mistakenly sent to my old address then eventually returned to Crocs. They received the return on the 15th of July.
I waited 10 days to see if I received a refund. No refund was forthcoming so I contacted them through their live chat and they confirmed that the return was received by them on the 15th of July and that a refund would be processed within 14 days. 18 days passed and still no refund.
Contacted them again today and was told a refund would be issued manually and I would receive it within 5 days.
I found this unacceptable so contacted PayPal who resolved my issue immediately.
It would appear that Crocs UK BV like to hang onto your money as long as humanely possible.
In addition to the above farce, when I tried to contact Crocs by telephone I found that their customer helpline is based in the Netherlands.
If you need to buy Crocs avoid doing so through their company website.
Non - existent customer service
If I could rate this company's 'customer service' one star I gladly would. There is no evidence of customer service whatsoever, the chatbot is useless, the phone number is in 'god knows where' and the email address is one that you can't actually reply to. How is that for rubbing your customers nose in the dirt. I say you can't reply...what actually happens is that, you receive that initial response - so you believe you're being listened to, when really they're hoping you've just just forgotten you've complained. Granted, I received a reference number with a reply so condescending and patronising that I should've felt grateful for the acknowledgement, but nothing since. The email is written @donotreply, does that not tell you everything about how much they value our custom?
Anyway, my situation is that my daughter bought me some of the 'caged' crocs in March and first day I wore them there was an issue with the right foot. I assumed they'd stretch as I've had no problems with crocs before. However, we are now in July nothing has been resolved.
I emailed (yes, I know 🙄) crocs explaining the issue, they eventually replied asking for the proof of purchase and photos of the offending item as well as evidence of the physical discomfort that is being caused.
I replied with seven photos (!) also explaining that my daughter can't find the order number in her emails anymore, but we have the reference number. The reply was...nothing. Zilch. Zero. Nada.
The prices they charge are absolutely extortionate - and keep rising, yet they can't be bothered to even acknowledge their customers that have spent so much. It's absolutely disgusting behaviour. Then again, when you've already got your hands on our hard - earned cash why would you admit there's a problem with your product.
I will continue this campaign, I will not be treated with such contempt when good money has been spent on defective products. I'm going to contact Trading Standards to see what they can do.
Return process is a nightmare
Return process is a nightmare, don't do it to yourself : go somewhere else or go without.
I wish I had gone to trustpilot before I ordered from Crocs UK
I wish I had gone to trustpilot and read the reviews before I made an order. By mistake I made my order twice and immediately tried to cancel one of the orders. An AI answer kept telling me I cannot cancel the order. What a pathetic company
Pointless customer service
Pointless customer service. Ordered online at 10:30 pm. Added shipping and billing address but Apple Pay auto changed the shipping address. Called customer service straight away - they can’t change the address, they can’t cancel the order. Their advice - wait until it’s delivered to the wrong address and then they will resend. So they would rather lose an item and resend than simply change it before it’s even processed! I had to ask, so what do you actually do? What is the point of customer service that can’t do anything? I even asked if they could email me to confirm the conversation and that I would not be charged double, guess what, they can’t do that either!
First order ever made half of it was…
First order ever made half of it was cancelled, the information was buried in a follow up email they sent days after the order. Now stupidly I ordered again. It has been 11 days and the order status it's still 'on it's way'. The only way to contact them is via phone... In 2026 the only way is to call this company! I regret every decision I made for this shitty garden shoes
Sizes are not true to size
I ordered a size 9 Baya clog as my safety shoes are a size 9. They were way too big. I returned and ordered a size 8 and this too are way too big. I think I will need a size 6 at this rate. There is no way the sizing is accurate on these clogs.
Like many on here
Like many on here, wrong order sent, and late with delivery. Couldn't get through to a real person, and chatbot was hopeless. They have been returned, but now have to wait weeks for a refund (fingers crossed!)
Steer clear! The name suggests a reputable company, but in my opinion worse than these "dropshop" companies who advertise on social media but with Offices abroad although have " London" in their brand name and ask to return to an address in China; these ask for return to Netherlands but least pay for postage...the only difference, but will hold my breath for the refund.
Customer service unhelpful
I added my shipping address manually and when I paid it automatically autofilled to my billing address and my shipping address. While I’m not blaming crocs (could likely be Apple Pay) they were useless couldn’t cancel my order, couldn’t change address at all. Suggested I contact the courier (like you can ever get through to them). Big company like crocs as well.
