Blackstar have provided an awesome service. One of the team came out to our office, showed us all how the system works, how to make changes and ensured that we were happy. The team are lovely to work with and extremely helpful. Couldn't recommend anymore.

Jessie May is a Children's Hospice at Home service, caring for local terminally-ill children. The charity had an out-of-date, legacy phone system, with no expansion capability. The charity had grown and needed to expand it's office space, which also necessitated a new telephone infrastructure. Blackstar Solutions carried out an extensive health check of the current telephony and recommended the ShoreTel Connect system. We cannot recommend Blackstar highly enough, they listened to the needs of Jessie May helping the charity move into the new world of technology,
