We were looking for a total block out blind and found product on Crosby blinds web site.As we had never seen these before so we travel from Wigan to the Crosby shop.The assistant was more than helpful and she showed us how they were fitted.We had no hesitation and ordered blinds there and then. With in 10 days the blinds had arrived and I fitted them myself (with out issue)

Really really pleased with the service of Crosby Blinds.I needed blinds fitting at the back of the house in every room and it’s made such a difference. Love the quality and designs of the products too. They were super helpful from start to finish and I am made up with the work carried out. I have ordered 7 blinds from Crosby Blinds last year in early autumn. From the beginning it was a pleasure to speak to the people in their Liverpool shop - very knowledgeable and giving valuable advice about measuring and choosing different options. I chose to have all three of my own different fabrics made into roller blinds for balcony windows, doors and rest of the large windows around the flat. My heart was set on the fabrics and it was impossible to find anyone online who would use my own fabric until I came across Crosby Blinds - and what a find! The blinds were made and delivered in perfect condition, fitting recesses extremely well and having very sturdy rolling mechanism (I did not want motorised ones). I can wholeheartedly recommend Crosby Blinds for customer service and products they sell and make. My search for such business is over, next time I need blinds I know who to contact. Thank you Crosby Blinds.

I ordered a Bloc Blinds 40 for my son's room as difficult to get him to sleep in the summer. I would highly recommend it for blocking light far better than normal roller blackout blinds and it also removes the chains normally required so safer for young children.

When there was an issue with our order that was not Crosby Blinds fault they responded very quickly with an agreeable solution and kept me updated every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I purchased some CB Premier Skye Skylight Blinds Velux Cordless in September 2022. The ordering experience was straight forward and the items arrived within two days. I recently had a problem with one of the blinds so reached out to Crosby Blinds for advice. Andrew was quick to respond to my enquiry which resulted in a replacement blind being sent out. Andrew advised it would be between 1-2 weeks for delivery. Again, excellent customer service, the item was delivered two days later. Highly recommend this company and will use again.

This is the third time I have used Crosby Blinds. The customer service is outstanding.
I am delighted with the quality of the Sunwood blind. It is in the ‘cheaper’ range but it certainly doesn’t look cheap. The instructions on how to measure for your chosen blind are so simple and very easy to follow. The size is exactly what I asked for. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. The blind also came with very clear instructions on how it should be installed.

We recently bought 2 Intu blinds for our patio doors from Crosby Blinds. The blinds themselves are really high quality and the team at CB were really helpful throughout the whole process. Samples arrived in the post very quickly, information on how to measure for the blinds was very clear, and the CB team were great at sharing their expertise and advice over a few questions we had about the product. They also quoted the best price of all the companies we approached.
The blinds were delivered to us within 4 days which was much quicker than I was expecting.
The Intu blinds were so easy to fit using the enclosed instructions, and I also watched a couple of YouTube videos to make sure I was getting it right (I have never tried to fit any blinds before!). The YouTube videos were very helpful.
The blinds look amazing in situ and so many people have commented how lovely they are.

Contacted CrosbyBlinds with many questions due to having unusual window frames. Quick replies to my information requests, frame and colour samples issued with a next day service to help me decide on products. Bought blinds following window framing checks and all were packaged well, arrived in good time (3 business days from point of order). Faultless experience. Would highly recommend.

We have used Crosby blinds on two occasions and have been happy with the service and product. The after care is also excellent. They respond quickly to emails and try to be flexible with dates to fit or make a repair. I would highly recommend them.

Great blinds and superb customer service! There were some small scratches on my blinds which were dealt with excellently.
