needed all the blinds taking down to fit new windows ...speedy service to take down and put back up with new brackets ..couldn't have had a better service. have used crosby blinds often and will continue in the future.

I had a problem with a jamming Luxaflex Duette cord lock on a blind purchased from Crosby Blinds in March 2021.

The same day that I contacted them they arranged for the manufacturer to send me a replacement cord lock which arrived by 1st Class post the next day.

Fantastic Customer service from both companies involved. Not something one expects these days.

Motorised Cassette Black Out Blinds for my bedroom and I like the produce. Good quality and working perfectly after a year.

We purchased 6 venetian blinds from Crosby Blinds 36 months ago which all developed early wear and tear on the pull cords. After speaking to Andrew the matter was resolved without hesitation with the manufacturer thereby providing an entirely satisfactory outcome.

I bought blinds from crosby

Ordered no drill blinds and unfortunately I cut the cord on the blind when unpacking. Sent email asking if possible to get a replacement cord. Crosby sales replied within an hour and said they were sending a replacement cord free of charge. Fitted blinds and no problems with sizing. This is the second time I have purchased blinds from Crosby and in both cases they have provided excellent service.

I was a bit suspicious about a one-week turnaround promise, but placed my order, and the goods were with me within the week. I have had to chase other blinds websites after 3 months!!! Both products are great too - I upgraded with various premium fixtures and am pleased that I did.
