I ordered 2 sweaters, for 2 different people. The one for my husband is too small. I have emailed 3 times to do an exchange. Well within the return window. First off, I ordered this on Thanksgiving, i... See more

i unfortunately ordered some shoes off of this site. when they came to me, they were basically something that they ordered from Temu, after I ordered from them for probably 5 or $10. They were smashed in a plastic bag and weren't even real leather paper-thin material at that with a plastic sole. Upon complaining to try to get a refund, they gave me some return. Address in China, that would cost me over $32 to have it shipped there. Knowing that I probably would not pay that as I'd already dumped $32 plus expedited shipping. Of $11.50. For something that wasn't expedited at all and was a worthless product already. In the end I guess I can be happy they did contact me regarding the information of returning saying that they are refund me 40% of the purchase price on something ill never wear
But Nothing about my shipping, of $11.50 for it was not expedited..
So all in all, I lost over $30 to have a terrible experience with this company, I recommend everybody be aware. What they're dealing with here. although they may be the legit store of some type. It's not the kind of store you wanna deal with. The only guarantee you'll will get is a bad experience, guaranteed!

Like tanner shoes pictures look one way real product low low quality. Do not buy this

Low quality. Same thing for lower price at Target or Walmart. Pictures are great, but actual product fits in a small bag that can be stuffed into a regular mailbox. Not warm. Not worth the wait and shipping from abroad. Not worth the cost.

I liked the look of their products so placed an order, which arrived a few days later. I am very happy with the quality and look of the sweater I received.

Same experience as the other recent review. Ordered over a month ago. Sent a tracking number. Seller claims it's a "USPS" tracking number. USPS has no record of it. It's not a real USPS tracking number. Customer service does nothing. They won't issue a refund. Will have to charge back through my credit card company. Do not use.
Edit to add response: I've already reached out to your "support" multiple times and they've done nothing. The "USPS tracking" number you sent is a fraud. USPS has no record of a shipment under that number and it's not even the right format. We get shipments in our building literally every day. Claiming they haven't been able to deliver three times is obviously bullshit. No one else ever has a problem making deliveries. Already submitted a charge back. You can deal with my bank. I'm done with you. You've had 5 weeks and multiple times to make this right and have failed. I'm not the only one. Others are leaving the same reviews here and elsewhere. I'll say again, this is a fraud, a scam, and they refuse to make it right.

Bought a sweater. They sent me bogus tracking info that USPS does not recognize and the package was never delivered and they kept the $. They said the address was not accessible. Nonsense. It was never delivered and they were of no help. I disbelieve anything on their site. Do not order from them.
Regarding their response: There was no attempt at physical delivery to my address. Possibly they screwed up my address in their system. They kept referring me to the tracking information on their website - which is vague and completely inaccurate. The product was apparently returned to them - per their tracking data. I have not been issued a credit.

Ordered a ‘knit’ sweater type shirt. Was not knit, very poor quality. If you want to return it….you pay the shipping, back to SE Asia.

Their website states they have a 5 star overall review with trust pilot.
Trust pilot says it 1.5 stars.
Amazon gives it a 3 of 5 rating on some products and 1 on others. I use a chrome extension call Fakespot to determine if the reviews are "fake". The reviews ranged from F to A depending on the item. A lot of the products were not reviewed yet. The item I saw through Facebook had an "F" rating, meaning the reviews were fake.
Deception is Not a good way to earn business from new customers.
I cancelled the item I placed in my cart.
