I'm very impressed fast delivery

I'm very impressed with the fast delivery. So many supplement sites say they will deliver next day but then there's an issue as I'm in Scottish Highlands. Not a problem for these guys at cross the limits. Yes I paid more for shipping but well worth it and I will be telling friends about it at the gym. I can't say a review on the product as I've just received it but service is seriously fantastic.

Forgot about my order for 10 days

I placed my order on 10.06.24, after waiting 10 days (in this time the products should already have arrived by the way) I asked about shipping information of my order since I did not get any updates. One day later they replied with the shipping tracking code, which I checked and the shipper even mentioned that they just got the delivery the day before so they literally forgot about my order until I reminded them. On top of that they told me in their reply that one of the products will now be a different flavor, even though the flavor I originally ordered was available on their site at the time of ordering it, and that "they hope it's okay" without even asking me if I am fine with that. Lastly it stated on their website that you get a free product if your order is over 75£ ( which I assumed they will just randomly add), however there was nothing included in my order. After e-mailing them again they told me that I did not order a "free product" on their site, however there is literally no way to know which products are eligible as "free" if your order is over 75£ so I simply did not receive anything. Overall, a really bad customer experience, would not recommend honestly. 2 Stars only because I did at least get the products I ordered.

When placing an order, you agreed to our terms and conditions and shipping policy, which state that we ship orders to the EU once a week on Fridays (your order was placed on Monday). Once your order arrives in the EU warehouse, we send it to you via DPD; tracking was provided. Your order was delivered within the specified time frame.

To receive the free product for purchases over €75, you need to add it by proceeding to the cart, where you will find a large popup that you can click to add the product. Unfortunately, you did not select this option, so it was not sent. Everyone has the right to decide whether they want the free product.

We also believe that you received the highest level of customer service possible. Our team contacted you from the moment you placed your order until you received it, responding to every email you sent.

We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We hope this clarifies any confusion, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

I recommend Cross the Limits

Cross the Limits delivered great products in a reasonable period of time. I ordered strawberry flavored whey protein and a sleep supplement. The protein is delicious and the sleep supplement is relaxing. I am happy 😊

4 Orders now with no complaints. Everything I have purchased has been legit quality and the customer service is amazing. If you want something they don't have online, email and they may be able to accommodate you. Lots of vendors sell fake nonsense but crossthelimits has not failed me once

Do not buy from here, expired goods.

Sent me a product at the end of February (ordered 20th Feb) received 3 days later after paying next day delivery (albeit not Crossthelimits fault here) that expires in March. The product can be taken once daily and comes with 33 servings. Refuses to follow consumer rights act by not accepting a return after 14 days (by law I have 30 days), despite the product not being fit for purpose. After expressing the upset with this they have neglected to reply to my second or third email and appear to be uncontactable since I said I wasn’t happy that they wouldn’t replace or refund the product for their “valued customer”, and apologised for the “inconvenience”.

However, as per our Terms & Conditions, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used. This is standard practice for dietary supplements, as we must ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

The UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 specify that consumers generally have the right to cancel and return online purchases within 14 days of receipt. However, there are exceptions to this rule, especially for health and hygiene-related products. Dietary supplements fall under this category, where once the product has been opened, the right to return is voided due to health protection concerns.

This applies specifically to goods "sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons" that have been unsealed after delivery. Therefore, you are within your rights to refuse a return or refund for an opened or used supplement.

According to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers do not have the right to return certain goods for hygiene or health reasons once the seal has been broken, including dietary supplements. This policy protects customers by ensuring that all consumable products are safe and untampered with.

Poor service

So basically they have this option that you can pay extra if you want to get a fast delivery the next day so i paid extra 7 quid for that
I have waited for the next day and royal obviously couldn’t find my address claiming it was inaccessible!! I have emailed cross limits and no one replied also i have tried to call them from the phone number they left on the site and also no one answered
I don’t get it why did i pay for such a service that I didn’t get and also it’s not granted??!

Not for human consumption

Ordered two supplements. One bottle states “not for human consumption” and the other one has been tampered with (visible pen mark on nutritional label, plastic only partially wrapped around container).

No response from customer service when asked for refund (I placed the request immediately after seeing the products and have clearly not opened nor consumed them).

Please address this immediately.

Poor communication and customer service

Giving 1 star,I have ordered previously for a pre workout and didn't have an issue. This time round I had ordered another pre workout from there site and everything was fine until I got an email saying my parcel was delivered and nothing had arrived there was no knock on my door people were home at the time of supposed delivery. I know parcel company is also to blame but the poor communication with the business on following up to find out what happened to my parcel has not been great I have emailed multiple times to ask them could they follow up with the parcel company to find out what happened to my parcel and if there has been some type of mistake to put a claim in to refund me. So far nothing,I have been on the phone with the parcel company they had said they are investigating it but also told me to get in contact with the business I bought from to put a claim in which I simply cannot do because I do not get any response after multiple emails. So now I'm left at this current moment without my product nor my money. Edit: I have received a letter from royal mail stating they are unable to confirm the item was delivered to the intended address. If only the business would communicate better and put the claim in for my parcel so I can be refunded.

Everything is really fine , they use 48 h royal mail so no disappointed at the moment .

Received my order but the packaging…

Received my order but the packaging seal was clearly perforated, supplied the image to their customer support just asking for potentially a refund of delivery cost at the least as usually you would expect to receive a product in pristine condition, they were unable to do this for me as a gesture of good will, so here I am.

"International/Customs Duties & Fees:
The buyer assumes all responsibility for any customs duties or fees. Duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order total during checkout. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, not our company. Additionally, we will not refund or replace orders sent internationally when seized by your country’s customs, lost, or stolen. The buyer should know whether a product can be shipped to their country before placing an order. Please know your import regulations before ordering. It is unfortunately out of our control if the package is held by customs or has been seized or destroyed"

Good products but some are 100% fake.

I usually like crossthelimits but my opinion of them has wavered ever since I realized that some of their products are fake/not authentic and they label it as if it's from that brand.

For example, I ordered their T-5 Zion Labs supplements which is an ECA stack (Ephedrine, Caffeine and Aspirin) and it was labelled as being from zion labs, but they overlooked the fact it says on the label "Peel back label to prove authenticity" which was meant to have some kind of serial number or barcode you could check online.

Upon peeling this back, there was nothing. That's not to say they dont try to put these ingredients in the capsules but it definitely isn't from the brand they claim it to be. This product also made me feel very strange and disassociated at times even though the ephedrine dose is rather low (or supposed to be).

Chances are, they're buying chemicals like this from chinese suppliers and putting it in their supplements. I doubt they make anything in-house. I'd be wary if you're coming here to get things like phenibut etc.

Edit: Their reply kinda says it all really. Didn't even try to deny it.
