SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
I purchased a product on 16/07/2023 and it hasn´t arrived, why? This company sent it without the proper information and documents for it to pass spanish customs and was returned, which I found out after opening a claim with CORREOS, the spanish national mail service. The company says the parcel is my responsibilty once it leaves their warehouse according to their terms and conditions and due to their lack of help, I had to open a claim with Royal Mail who basically told me to contact the seller and ask them to open a claim so they could issue a refund, which they haven´t done. Why haven´t they done this? Because they are scammers and thieves. Appaling customer service, I will contact my bank and the relevant UK authorities to report them.
Update: Now they are saying my parcel is stuck in customs which is a blatant lie, here is a translation of part of CORREOS reply to my claim, which I sent to these crooks: "We inform you that your shipment has been returned by Correos to the postal operator of origin, without physically passing through customs, due to non-compliance with the regulations of the Customs Code of the European Union" How am I responsible for YOU not doing things properly?

Your order was shipped to you, unfortunately looks like it's stuck in customs, we can't make a claim to Royal mail for parcels sizes by customs.
When you placed an order, you agreed to our T&C, which says clearly that you are responsible for the parcel.
We did try to explain that in many previous correspondence with you.

Total scam
Total scam - do not use this website. They are perfidious thieves who take your money then do not deliver an item and just say that you refused to collect it. I reported them to Consumer Protection UK and will be starting a legal case against them at High Court UK.
Update: They keep saying this is not a genuine review, but it is. I am a normal person and have proof of all written communication with them which I supplied to Trustpilot too.
Only after going through the hell of complaints to various authorities in the UK, they refunded a portion of the money that I paid. I am still trying to get my full refund back as I never received an item despite their claim that I "refused to accept it" which is a total lie.
You just don't need drama in your life so simply don't deal with this scam company as they create administrative hell for you.

Massive Gains very Impressed
First time using crossthelimits site ordered Hi Tech Anavar and Hi Tech Pharmaceutical Turkesterone 650.
Order came promptly purchased on the 18th and recieved delivery on the 20th

Scammed - BEWARE
Sadly I was unable to leave a no-star review. I ordered a product from this company, and was sent a completely different product. Was then told to return the product (I never wanted anyway) if I wanted to receive my original order, no apology nothing! I’ve had no he same thing happen one time before when ordering from GymPower, and after a sincere apology they gifted me the wrong product, and sent me the original product I ordered, with free samples.
I don’t believe you guys even had the product in stock, and just sent me some of your old stock, in the hope I wouldn’t be bothered to send it back to you, I’m sure this works some of the time.
As you guys have a 2.6 rating on here, clearly half the people you do business with are not happy with the service they receive. And that nobody fault but yours.
The customer is always right.

That is sad that you did not present the whole situation leaving your review, claiming that whoever buys from us will be scammed, which is entirely false.
Yes, the wrong product was sent by mistake. Again, we apologize and ask you to return the product at our cost to replace it.
However, even after we tried to resolve the situation, you insulted our staff by saying: "What you should have done is accept your warehouse staff are brain dead, sack whoever can't read"...
Nevertheless, in a subsequent email, as our goodwill, we offered to keep the product that was sent by mistake, and we will refund the total amount of your order.
We always want to fix any mistake if it happens and leave our customers happy with our service and the products.

Paid for it but never received it
I ordered a product and was waiting to receiving it for one month. The parcel never arrived, nor the status of the shipping was updated when it was supposed to arrive to my country. But royal mail said I refused to accept the parcel and it was returned. On this date I was at home and nothing arrived. they say returned the money of the product but I did not receive it. Also they say they won't refund the money of the shipping according to their TCs. I paid to receive a product that never was delivered.
There are many negative feedbacks about shippings from this company. Don't risk your money and buy your product in a more reliable EU or USA shop. It will arrive faster and you won't lose your money, or delay your training plans waiting for a product that will never arrive
P.D: I don't care what they will answer here. The product was never delivered to me. Also, my experience is pretty similar to the ones of other users. Take care

Please understand that your international parcel status shows that it is on its way. We can only process a refund if the package is, for some reason, sent back to us, there are significant delays in RM, and the parcel will arrive
Unfortunately, there have been very long delays in the delivery by Royal Mail after the cyber attack in January. The post office did hold the package for more than three weeks, after which they moved and now have long delays due to many pending packages. We are very sorry for the current situation.
