Aaron has been amazing sorting out issues we have had since moving in to Willowbrook Park.
We had a stress crack in our sink, some nail pops, amongst some other things and Aaron got them sorted out so quickly for us.

Huge thank you to Dave and Paul. Super friendly, and very efficient at dealing with snags. I wish all tradesmen could be this professional and effective.

My husband and I purchased Plot in September 2025 and moved into the property in October 2025. Since our arrival, we have been faced with an unacceptable and constant reality: serious defects throughout the entire house — in every room, on every wall, without exception.

We placed our trust in your company. That trust has now been completely shattered. I am angry at the blatant poor quality of your workmanship, outraged by the complete lack of action from your services, and appalled by the clear incompetence of your teams as a whole. What you delivered falls far below any reasonable professional standard.

My husband and I both work full-time and regularly travel abroad for professional reasons. We are not permanently available to compensate for your failures, supervise remedial works, or deal with the endless consequences of your negligence. It is not our responsibility to manage the fallout of your inability to deliver a compliant and properly built home.

You are fully aware of the scale of the remedial works required. You know exactly how poorly this property has been constructed. Do not pretend otherwise. You are perfectly aware of the substandard nature of your work.

It is now time for you to act — immediately.
Take responsibility and address these issues without further delay, instead of leaving us to live in a house that is unfit for purpose. Your inaction is as unacceptable as the quality of your construction.

We expect a prompt and concrete response — not further empty excuses.

I joined Croudace Homes three months ago as an employee and am very happy with my experience so far. The company is extremely friendly and welcoming, and there is a genuine sense of inclusion & friendliness across the whole business. Although I’m based at the Caterham HQ office, however this positive culture is clearly felt across all regions and sites.

There is a real family feel, with people who genuinely care and want everyone to do well. Colleagues at all levels are supportive, approachable, and helpful, and the offices are modern and pleasant to work in. I would happily recommend Croudace Homes as a great place to work.

We met Steve and Sarah six months ago when we first noticed the new development. Although the homes we were interested in weren’t due to be ready for another six months, they have both been absolutely incredible from the very beginning. We’ve just moved into our new home with Warwick Homes in Cheshunt and the experience has been excellent. The whole team has been incredibly supportive, friendly, and professional throughout the process.
A huge thank you to Sarah and Steve for their patience and help with all the paperwork and our many questions, and to Joe, the assistant site manager, who has been fantastic — especially with explaining everything about the house and the EV charger.
Everyone has been kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful, making our move smooth and stress-free. We’re absolutely loving our new home and would highly recommend Warwick Homes.

Very poor indeed.

Our electric charger stopped working on Christmas eve. Croudace won't send anyone to fix it until 5th January – almost two weeks later. That means we've already spent Christmas without the charger we paid for, and we'll be without it through New Year too – the time of year when you need it most.

We're now stuck using public chargers – added cost, added hassle, and completely avoidable with a faster response.

A fortnight's wait for a repair on a property still under warranty isn't acceptable.

really enjoyed working at Croudace Homes. There are so many different departments, but everyone is genuinely friendly and easy to get along with. You always feel included, and there’s a real sense of teamwork.

We would definitely recommend Croudace Homes. I’ve just moved from my family home, which was also a Croudace-built property, where we lived for over 27 years with no issues, into an amazing newly built home. The house has an extraordinary garden and driveway — two things we were really struggling to find with other new builds in the area.

The design of the property is beautiful, with sophisticated modern details, yet still offers a blank canvas to make it your own. We’ve only had a few small snags so far, and Croudace have actually encouraged us to look for and report anything we find. We completely understand that new builds can need a few small adjustments, and they’ve been great at getting these sorted quickly.

Marta, Sue, and Susie have been an amazing team to work with — very accommodating, professional, and always quick to respond. Buying a new home is such a big purchase, and they really made us feel like our experience mattered.

The insulation is fantastic — the house is so warm and comfortable — and the layout feels really well thought out, offering both space and privacy.

We always knew after seeing some of their other developments, that the Croudace quality and finish was excellent. Suzie, Marta and Sue's customer service from the outset of our journey to our new home, was fantastic, and now having been in our new home for a week now, we absolutely love it, exceeding our expectations. After submitting a fairly large list of minor bits that needing fixing around our new build house in Didcot, Croudace sent out Aaron to our property. Whilst we did have to wait a while for him to come, good things clearly do come to those who wait! Aaron went above and beyond in fixing all the bits in our house to a really high standard, even patched up some cracks which they normally wouldn’t. He was polite, tidy and got on with the job. I even felt comfortable enough to leave him working on the house alone whilst I took my car to its MOT. The phrase my partner and I kept repeating to each other was “I can’t believe how much he’s managed to do!”.

As first-time buyers, the journey to home ownership felt a little daunting — but Croudace made the entire experience smooth, exciting, and truly memorable from start to finish.

We can't thank the sales team enough, especially Suzie, Sue, and Marta, who were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer our many questions with patience and professionalism. They guided us through every stage of the process with genuine care, making us feel completely supported and confident in our decision.

Once we moved in, the amazing service continued thanks to the Customer Care team. A special shoutout to Dave and Paul, who were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything in our new home was just right. Their dedication to resolving even the smallest issues quickly and with a smile really stood out.
