Took a long time, tree not as good as expected
I was told to expect delivery in 2/3 weeks, it actually took over 4 and I had to email several times about it. I was expecting a good sized, pot grown tree. What we received was obviously a bare root tree which had been put into a pot prior to delivery, disappointing.

Please could you contact us at the office or email orders@crowders.co.uk with an image of the plant you received. Our bare root stock is grown to roughly 60cm before being sent out and the plant we recall sending you was a 5/6ft tall fully potted plant.

Great Product
Great product, and value for money. Unfortunately there were issues with the delivery and the product wasn't delivered to the correct address due to one crucial line of the address missing - not sure if this was Crowders or FedEx? However Crowders did refund the £8.99 that I paid for the express delivery, but I have to transport the product to the correct delivery address myself now, which is an inconvenience. This would not put me off ordering from Crowders again.
