I sent Crown and Paw a photo of my Border Collie with an intense stare that personified her personality. The print I got back made her look crosseyed. I had hoped it would be a reproduction of the photo I sent in. But it was not. When I complained to their customer service they asked me to forward a photo of the print I received. I never heard back from them. Very disappointed in the quality of their work. I’m not going to be using them or referring them

Easy to navigate

The options made it very easy to choose what look I wanted for my portrait. It is a very unique way to display your pet. The realism of the portrait is amazing! Thank you

Really easy to follow process, very quick, no trouble. Great artwork

I bought two pictures. Since they ensure YOU are happy I figured why not. Their graphic designer did a terrible job bt I wanted input from my daughter on a laptop (I was traveling and it was her dead cat). I get home and open the file and they says its shipped...they were HORRIBLE proportions and placement.

I emailed BEFORE it shipped and they pretended to care and blew me off. Call your credit card company and back charge the products ASAP. I have all the documentation via email of them doing nothing. They are too lazy to ask for the bad artwork back. At least I can use a different company and then my daughter can paint silly things on this horrible version of a product. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE.

I like how you can pick styles and then # of animals but it can be confusing to get to the # of animals part. I don't know why it just seems busy. Also if you say left for the picture is that my left out your left?

The choices of designs were very cool and easy to use. I enjoyed the experience overall!

Wow!! I guess I should’ve went here for reviews first. Order 6 months in advance if needed for an event!! It’s been a month and I still have not received my order. Estimated ship date on their site does not line up with what they provide!!! I’ve sent 3 emails and they beat around the bush they don’t seem to care at all!!! Very disappointed will stick to other companies!!!

Amazing company, this will be my 2nd order from crown and paw and they are fantastic. The best conversation starters, I literally always get asked about them! The amount of detail is amazing, 100% recommend

The website is fun and inviting. It’s also very easy to navigate with lots of great options to choose from. Iv used Crown and Paw multiple times because they truly love what they do and the end results are timeless. Thank you for all you do.

I ordered a portrait for two dogs my nephew had, because he had a birthday and I wanted to gift something that he would never forget. If portraits are hung in front of your eyes, you will definitely remember your pets, even they pass away...
But, no time for speaking about sad things! These guys are great for me, because they have helped me to make an unforgettable gift for a close person! These portraits can be made with different styles, my choice was modern. And... Damn that is just awesome, nephew was on the seventh heaven from happiness!

Would give zero stars if I could. They said it would be shipped from the 9th-12th. 10 days after the 12th and still has not been shipped

I wish I could put less than one star. I ordered a print and on the accept pages it asked for the shipping address. It was mailed to my home instead of my friends. I had to pay $27 to resend. Crown and Paw refunded $9.00. Look on their web pages for reviews, EVERY review is 5 star, then look at BBB. the true reviews. They are horrible.
