It’s A scam website I paid 65 dollars for a EMBROIDERED shirt was sent a cheap screen print. They will take advantage of sad pet parents do not support.
Placed order on 9/23. Email and website say artwork proof will be sent in 1 to 2 days. Hadn’t received artwork by 10/6, so requested order be canceled because it was for a birthday gift that was no longer going to arrive in time. Told refund would post in 6 working days. It’s been well past 6 working days and customer support is ghosting me. No response to 3 inquiries via email or on one of their Facebook ads.
Don’t get your pet portraits here! If you’re unhappy, you will not receive a finished product. You will be charged, will not receive a product and you will not be able to contact anyone! Find a reputable company for your beloved pet portraits! I would give it a 0 if I could.
I'm a returning customer from less than a years ago and this recent experience has been terrible so far. The communication has been absolutely awful. The site states they will get back to you in 24 hours. They finally got back to my first inquiry 4 days later. I made a purchase on the 1st and purchase the 24 hour proof option. It's after 10pm on the 4th and I haven't heard a thing from them. I sent an email asking for a refund for the 24 hour proof and I think I'm being ghosted. I won't be recommending Crown & Paw anymore if this is how it's gonna be. I just want my order. It's a birthday gift for my best friend.

The website is well-designed and good to look at. I’m not rating it 5 stars because I had to have the various designs opened in multiple tabs, rather than being able to toggle between designs in the same tab. I should be able to choose the size, framing, and then choose the preferred design, all on the same page.
I have ordered from crown and paw before and the artwork was amazing! My daughter got a new kitten so we needed another.
This is my second time ordering from this company. We have a new addition so I’m excited to get a new photo of all three.
3 stars is being generous. The picture quality is washed out. No way I would display it in my home. Angle of one dog is way off. This looks nothing like the proof I agreed too. Past purchases have been great, so this one is very disappointing. Still waiting for a reply from company.
I've ordered over a month ago. The first proof took over a week and was in a completely different style than advertised. The second proof came three weeks later and did not include the information I had conveyed to C&P multiple times. I was supposed to receive a third proof jul 10-13, today is jul 19 and have still not received any update.
They've missed every delivery window they've set for themselves and don't seem to care
I've now asked to cancel and refund my money... but C&P is playing games.
Their service is terrible, go elsewhere!

The portraits are adorable; however, the customer service is horrendous. On May 15, I placed an order for two portraits, both going to my address. Only one made it. I did some investigative work and found that rather than sending the portraits together, Crown and Paw mailed one to my address (got it) and one with an incorrect name and address, but with my zip code. I communicated this to the company, and I’ve still not received the portrait. When customer service does respond (via email only because there’s no phone #), I receive a BS status and then radio silence. My next stop is the better business bureau.
Again, the portraits are super cute. God help you, though, if something happens.
