Excellent service and guidance from start to finish.
I had a couple of claims post relocation and the support service was excellent.
Some improvement can be made on the shipment updates but overall fantastic service.

Very helpful from the first phone call. Always a stressful time moving house, so a big thank you from Peter who came out to assess our move, to Sue who kept us informed on the times the packers would arrive. The team that came out to pack our belongings Nate, Tami, Matt, Sarsha, Ofa, Victoria, Eddy & Jay thanks for making the process easy for us. Highly recommend Crown.

Made the whole process really smooth and no question I had was too much. Cathy and Frechy were amazing and my sponsorship got approved within a couple of days of being lodged. Highly recommend.

Crown is dependable, friendly and conscientious, from customer service to the "boots on the ground." Bad weather set in just before Andy and Jacob were ready to load the container. Andy talked with his supervisor, and they agreed to delay loading until the next morning instead of pushing through and risking damage of our items. At our destination, we had a crew of four to unload, and they did a fantastic, efficient job. All crew arrived within the timeframe promised. We would highly recommend Crown for removal and would use them again in the future.

Y'all kept my previous packing list and I only had to edit a few things, which made it very easy.
The boys who packed and moved all my stuff, (Rangi, Jay, Maa, & JP. Seaview branch) worked both quickly and carefully. That left me heaps of time to get other move related stuff done.

The initial contact and estimate was really good, but then the communication seem to drop off. Can't fault the actual packing and unpacking, but we have not had any communication since we moved in. I would have expected a phone call or email within a few days to ask how everything went, not a survey 4 months later!!

⭐ 1/5 — Do NOT use Crown (NZ) / Grace (Australia) for international moves

We moved from Wellington, NZ to Perth, Australia and paid for the full premium service — professional packing, delivery, unpacking, and reassembly. What we got was far from that.

🚩 DELIBERATE OVERBILLING ON PACKING
The packers were clearly padding box counts to inflate costs. They used 10–20 sheets of wrapping paper on items like a plastic comb. When I questioned them, they claimed it was "for protection." A plastic comb does not need 20 sheets of paper. We had to stand over them the entire time to stop the overpackaging — while we were already stressed and on a tight schedule — and still ended up paying for unnecessary extra boxes.

🚩 FIVE MONTHS DELIVERY TIME
Our belongings were picked up in early September 2025 and didn't arrive until mid-February 2026. That is nearly 5 months. This was completely unacceptable and caused significant disruption to our family settling into our new home.

🚩 INCOMPLETE REASSEMBLY — SAFETY HAZARD
We paid for full reassembly. Instead:
— Our bike was delivered semi-dismantled and left that way. It is still not fixed to this day.
— Our dresser mirror was left sitting loose on top of the dresser — not mounted — despite us having two young children in the house. This was a serious safety risk.

🚩 MONTHS OF RUNAROUND WITH NO RESOLUTION
After countless phone calls and emails, it took TWO MONTHS (until April 2026) for them to send someone just to install the dresser mirror. The bike remains unresolved. Every time we followed up, our case was handed off to a different team member with no continuity, no accountability, and no proper response.

We paid a premium price for a premium service and received the opposite. The overbilling, the delays, the safety issues, and the complete lack of follow-through after delivery make this one of the worst customer experiences we have ever had.

If you are planning an international move — find another company. We wish we had.

It just took too long to ship my belongings from Canada to Australia, otherwise everything was fine.

Great experience

The service in Korea was excellent, however the arrival in the UK was continually delayed. We had renovations planned in the house in the UK which was supposed to happen after goods arrived. The shipment was 2 months late and clashed with the period we had workmen all over house. I was very disappointed at the attitude of the support team in UK who just stated I had to pay for goods to be stored. Chloe from Korea intervened and managed to get a 20% discount but it was still a lot to pay. I have used Crown all over the world and now I am not sure I would recommend them agian

Teams on both pick up and drop off looked after our belongings and took extra care with the precious stuff. So very professional no bumps or scratches on the walls even the tight stairways not a problem for the Whangarei crew, and the Manawatu crew took extra care to ensure every thing is professionally cataloged and carefully transported. Love you work team

Every person we interacted with from Crown was fantastic! From the first phone call regarding a tight departure time to unloading at our door. All professional, friendly and helpful. Packed well. Unpacked well. No breakages or claims. Would definitely recommend and use again.
