Team of 2 turned up on the day. Came within the time frame and looked very professional in uniform. Both were very polite and done a fantastic job fitting my new front door. They ensured me that the painter was coming next day and made sure i was happy with the finished product. Overall great service.

Great Company
All the workmen have been very efficient and polite and I love my window and stable back door. I would not hesitate to use them again. Had a little problem with the back door but they came out and fixed it very quickly. Brian was a really nice guy.

The whole process of purchasing the new door, from the initial contact to the actual installation, was handled very efficiently. The two men who did the installation were friendly, courteous, and very efficient.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional & friendly staff with pride in their work & and eye for detail. James & Kelly were excellent fitters & tidied up after finishing. Windows installation
The whole process from start to finish has been excellent from the first meeting at the Royal Highland Show. The sales process was seamless and I had a good understanding of the whole process to come and what I was getting. On the day of installation the team that arrived were very curious and took care of the flat ensuring that there was as little damage as possible to tiles. They were efficient and had all the windows in after a couple hours of work.

Great service from the beginning
Great service from the beginning, good quality products. The workmen were polite and just cracked on with the work, with minimal disruption. They cleared up after themselves each day and communicated well. Painter was out the day after the work finished, and did notice a few things that were missed with the finishing of the frames that means he will need to come out again. Other than that, very happy with the service.

From the measure-up through to completion of the replacement windows and doors, we were very pleased with the work done and the skills and attitude of the work men. Also with the follow-up of the manager, checking on work and completion of replacements. The job was started on 5th August 2026 and completed on time. Nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic Experience
Great experience with CR Smith for our double glazing replacement. The product quality is clear to see, but the team on-site truly made the experience. A huge thanks to the fitters—Kevin, Marco, and Wayne—who were courteous, respectful, and left everything spotless at the end of each day.
A special mention must also go to our Project Manager, Thomas, whose meticulous and caring approach throughout the entire installation journey ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. Exceptional team and top-quality work.
