The tradesmen that came in to fit the windows were very punctual, accommodating and made sure I was informed the whole way through the process. The office staff handled our listed building process, making the whole experience very quick and painless compared to if we were to hire a independent trade worker. overall the process was quick, painless and their finance options were miles above the competition. the quality of work I would rate as top teir.

I am not someone who regularly complains having worked in retail, I understand that things go wrong but I just feel I need to be honest about my experience with CR Smith. I have purchase indoors from them and was sold them based on the quality and service, unfortunately, neither of these have been met. The quality is nowhere near what they claim and the service has amounted to continually changing appointments or not even turning up when agreed and things never get followed up. I have had to take several hours off work to come home, for them to correct issues only for them to have the wrong part or cancel me as they are to far away! On top of this, several of their staff have told me things would be followed up only for nothing to happen. Some of the issues experienced have been, the door handle coming off, then that being repaired but the screws being stripped, I STILL have two different colour door handles, one gold and one silver, the patio doors not closing, the front door now creaks and needs to be slammed to close, the seals on the patio doors coming away and several others issues. I note this does not seem to be the case for everyone and that I might be in the minority but feel I should let people know as when I have tried to speak with CR Smith it seems to fall on deaf ears.

Quality product and much confidence in delivery, fitting and follow-up support

Andy and Ross from CR Smith were absolutely amazing from start to finish! They took great care to protect my property and living areas and made sure everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the installation, with as little disruption to everyday life as possible — something I really appreciated.

They were professional, friendly and clearly take great pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andy and Ross as joiners and installers for any future project.

I’m absolutely overjoyed with the transformation my new windows have made. Not only do they look fantastic, but the difference in warmth throughout the property has been incredible — I noticed it straight away!

The installer Wiki was amazing. Great quality of work and went above and beyond with the install and the interior finishing on the windows. Would recommend him for anyone using CR Smith for windows and doors.

Courteous & professional from start to finish. I had several calls from administrators asking how things were going how the fitters were & if I had any questions or concerns. The fitters were very clean & tidy clearing all debris as if no-one had been here. Would certainly recommend CRSmith to anyone looking for doors/windows great finish

From first appointment right through to fitting, the experience has been great. Salesman Lee was very knowledgeable, helpful and happy to help with any questions we had. Shaun and the boys were great and very personable. Extremely professional, explained everything to me and their quality of work was fantastic. Very happy.

Really happy with the new windows. They block out so much more noise compared to the old ones and let a lot more natural light into the rooms. The oak finishings are the perfect finishing touch too. Very pleased with the result.

Steve Quinn gave us the quote (one from three companies) and I was most impressed with his professionalism and the price he negotiated for us.
Robbie and Pele, our fitters, are lovely lads who are very skilled at what they do and tidied up after themselves each day. They were also patient with what must have been a very annoying pair of spaniels who often tried to interrupt them!
And finally Chloe from after sales. A lovely lady whose priority it seems, is our customer satisfaction.

The Company kept us fully informed before, during and after installation, communication was excellent. The installation itself went very smoothly, the tradesmen (Ross & Kerr) carried out the work to a very high standard with minimum interference to the household. I would certainly recommend CR Smith if you are looking to replace your windows or doors.

A very pleasant experience from Sales to installation. The joiners arrived on time & had the new door fitted in a few hours. On completion they went through the door operation & left the site spotless. Would highly recommend CR Smiths.
