A very pleasant experience from Sales to installation. The joiners arrived on time & had the new door fitted in a few hours. On completion they went through the door operation & left the site spotless. Would highly recommend CR Smiths.

Thank you for another good window fix. Very happy with new Bathroom Widow although it did seem quite expensive for a single fairly small window. That said we are pleased with the widow and I am sure it will be draft proof as the original one was not. Many thanks Peter Davis.

Shaun, Ceiran and Findlay installed our windows and back door recently, and we absolutely love them!

Great product, professional and friendly staff, and an amazing outcome - thank you very much for your part in upgrading our first home!

From the first minute to the last - the team at CR Smith were world class in everything they did. Our initial contact with Tommy was just what we needed. The expertise and advice we received made sure we chose which windows were best for our home in a relaxed and pressure free way. After we chose the windows the customer care team were always on hand to answer any questions and ensure our installation was pain-free and tailored to our convenience. Alison and Kodie were incredible in their care for us. Nothing was too big or too small and whenever we called, we were always greeted with a warm reception and excellent customer care. Then to our installation, which despite a lot of work getting done to our house, was completed in such a professional and non-disruptive way. From Thomas, our project manager, to our joiners Ryan and Aaron, we could not have envisaged a better experience in getting our windows done. The quality of job and finish was incredible and we are over the moon with the final product. It was a purchase we were initially nervous about, buying windows seemed such a daunting thing to do, but the team at CR Smith used their knowledge, warmth and expertise to make sure it was one of the easiest and best purchases we've ever made. I cannot praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone.

Fitters were very professional with pleasing personalities.

The workmen arrived on time and they worked constantly. They cleaned up after themselves by sweeping and hoover up dust and debris leaving the area as they found it. They were both very, pleasant in their manner.

Always used CR Smith to replace my windows and doors. As ever the staff from start to finish were very helpful and professional. The two fitters who arrived to replace the window were curtious and explained everything they were doing and made sure at the end of the day everything was explained.

I received the exact door I wanted, I love it. CR Smith kept me informed and the installation was accurate and they did a perfect job. The final touch ups by the painter was a high standard as well. Pleased with my purchase.
