From the point of showing initial interest to moving in Cruden were amazing with very good communication and knowledge of my property.

Fantastic experience buying home with Cruden at Hawkhead Mews, Jan was so helpful throughout the whole process and kept us up to date with the progress of our new home.

William the site manager was a pleasure to deal with and fixed and minor defects in a timely manner.

The quality of the home is excellent.

We are currently in the process of purchasing an apartment at The Avenue and have been dealing with Alison since our first contact back in December 2025.

From the very beginning Alison has been excellent to work with. She has been friendly, professional, and always kept us well informed throughout the process. Buying a new home can sometimes feel complicated, but Alison has made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable for us.

I would also like to thank her manager, who has clearly been supporting things behind the scenes. A big thank you as well to all the Cruden Homes staff who have helped with our purchase over the past few months.

Overall, a very positive experience so far and much appreciated.

We were undertaking a huge move - from 50 years in London to Edinburgh. Alison was unfailingly positive and helpful, guiding us through the unfamiliar Scottish property landscape and showing great understanding of the challenges we faced. We are now happy in a beautiful apartment and enjoying our new life.

Alison was very professional at showing us around the development. She had full knowledge of all aspects and delivered a speedy response to all our questions. We had a relaxed attitude and was very patient with us.

I'd like to thank Cruden, and Alison in particular for a comprehensive and well structured presentation of one of the villas at The Avenue. Coming up from London for the day to view , Alison had furnished a full set of documentation so I was fully up to speed when I arrived, and we were able to concentrate on her demonstrating what the house and the development have to offer when I got there. The entire experience was positive, friendly, easy and informative. I miei complimenti!

Crudens over 55's development at Barnton has proven to be the right choice for our retirement. The location provides an excellent outlook overlooking the Royal Burgess golf course. We were the first residents to move in whilst the development was still being completed. The support we received form Alison on the sales team at Cruden was excellent and she has become a very good friend to us both. With the development now completed, we are enjoying the friendly and neighbourly environment "The Avenue" provides for the over 55's age group.

Positive experience from the start. Alison of Cruden Homes kept in touch with us throughout the process when we were selling our home and looking to purchase our Villa at The Avenue Barnton. Very helpful to us when going through quite a stressful time.Since moving in mid October 2025 Brian Dewar, Customer Services Cruden Homes , has been absolutely excellent in dealing with our snagging issues, very pleasant to deal with and gets the job done. Having moved home a number of times over the years we have to say dealing with Cruden Homes, in particular Alison and Brian, has been top class.

I viewed this property September and was original supposed to occupy in October. Owing to unforeseen problems this didn’t happen.
As I was so keen to have this property Crudens held it for me till all my finances were in order and I moved in the middle of January.
I have only praise for Crudens representative here who was in contact with me regularly and has kept me updated at all times. I have had only one problem since being here and it was dealt with efficiently.
It takes time to adjust to a smaller home but so far I am happy I have made the move.
