I have been dealing with CruiseCheap for years. Working with them gives you the benefit of a dedicated agent who has back -up support from a national system. My personal agent knows my preferences, but when not available there is always someone else who can provide support when needed. Over the years I have dealt principally with two agents. Both have been prompt, friendly and professional. I enjoy doing a good deal of my own travel research and arrangements and the Cruise Cheap agents are always supportive of my efforts, willing to compare notes and pick up where I leave off to complete our travel plans. I am usually a "shop local" kind of person, but CruiseCheap affords so much convenience that they are hard to beat! And don't let the name fool you - they can arrange travel across the full spectrum of cost and value.
