I am so grateful for this incredible opportunity to start my career at sea. The wait for a few months was absolutely worth it. I can’t wait to meet the guests, serve them and help them find the perfect items onboard.

The information provided is clear and understandable. I had to cross check with other available sources and all the information was up to date. I learnt a lot and my enthusiasm grew at each point. It was indeed an amazing opportunity for me as I added to my knowledge and refined my knowledge

Very well delivered

The podcast is clear , making it easy to understand . however , I am not sure is it just my phone that don't appear any picture when it comes to the quiz ? It does not appear also while I'm doing my quiz for Cruise Retail Diploma .. Is there anything ai should do or update ?

Finally my embark first day on dufry

I would like to thank Rob for being my agent and for assisting me through the whole process until boarding at the Dufry shop on the cruise.
I’m boarding today, and soon everyone else in the group will be boarding as well—just a little patience and your turn will come!
