As with all CRA's courses , theres never a dull moment in the learning experience. I found this course interesting,enlightening and a DEFINITE MUST for any newbie who wants to work onboard . Thank you Adrian for yet another brilliant course offering .

Looking to apply for a position on board this course gave me an overview of the retail world, as well as opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. The information is up-to-date and provides ideas for improvement as well as suggestions for new courses that enhance knowledge. I feel satisfied and very happy to have completed this first step, so I will continue the learning process.

As I'm searching for job for being a sales associate on cruise ship. CRA training is a game changer. Now I know what is expected of me, and is going to happen. SO it will be easy for me to pass interview and go a new adventure. It's going to be my first contract.
