The best refurbishers to buy from ! Impressed with the accurate product descriptions,genuine products,prices and even better customer service Michael Spencer should be awarded a raise,he really involves himself !
We had some troubles with the payments for a IPS screen update for my laptop and they have actually sent the panel to me without themselves processing a payment at all, so I can have it for the weekend,and pay once the system is up and running!Very impressed to see how much they value their customers!
All in all a very good impression,glad to see that you can still find good companies to buy from out there !

Michael stayed with me on phone most of the weekend to ensure problem is diagnosed and fixed. He replaced the damaged part in no time and called me to help me correct an issue I created with BIOS.
