we are not happy with the inability to pay with Diners card even though we were told by your agent that it was possible. You put us in a very bad situation and since we had already bought plane tickets we had to make a travel reservation even though we would have given up. Otherwise, all praise for Mrs. Vedrana regarding finding cabins and communication.
I hope you will solve the problem with Diners card so that we can pay the remaining installments through it.

Very Disappointing Experience
They charged us for two children under 12 as if they were over 12. I pointed out the mistake but they wouldn't correct it. We will never travel with this agency again.
